New balance: private company, 1/3 of shoes are made in USA, profit margins do not mean much because quality and comfort mean a lot to them, they’re a true running brand, shoes match different foot types whether you have high or low arch, lifestyle section is out of this world, and more. Nike: ...public company that uses vast marketing. And is good at it

Mike Trout great post. They also really cater to the buyer needs and offer an array of widths, especially on the 827. Freaking awesome shoe! AM90’s are already in HOF.

I like NBs more: it seems that they put more effort in combining different materials and colors than in the 90s. Still a classic shoe though

No gonna lie the 827 aint my favorite nb model but that colorway is straight up fire

The 500's are the best New Balances in my Opinion.

The 827s are making a comeback with recent collabs with Aime Leon, thatisneverthat & the upcoming Stray Rats but the 990 V series is still undisputed imo

New balance all day I haven’t bought Nike’s in about 7 years nothing against Nike it’s just I like to be as different as possible & I’m from Texas there’s not a lot of new balance around here so I’m good

From Central Cali here, and I agree with you. There are New Balance users, but they are definitely not the norm where I'm from, which make NB's seem to be more cutting edge. Aside from that, I honestly think that Nike shoes are fugly. I haven't bought a pair of Nike's since I can't remember when. I prefer New Balance or Adidas.

The Air Max 90’s I copped. VERY WORTH IT ! But now I really want those 827’s. They’re a vibe 🔥🔥🔥 Personally, if you ask me I wanna see more Air Max models and New Balance models 💯

Those are probably my two favorite gr releases this spring. I really love the 827 model but the colors on the 90's are just too good, especially that volt colorway. I'd live to see some more retro runners this spring summer. Nothing beats some NBs or AMs with crew socks🙌

Just copped the 827 in the exact same colourway. NB, all day, everyday!

My line up is pretty minimalist: I have a red suade converse one star, converse 70 cdg black, the black fear of God converse, vans old skool, and the af1s. What I still want to add is the Chuck 70 cdg whites and the ultraboost 2020 grey when they go on sale a little bit more and I'm back to work. Also a pair of doc martens boots

Not a huge fan of that model New Balance, but the color-way is mad clean. Can’t go wrong with the classic air maxes of course too

Man I kind of hate how air max 90’s were under the radar again for awhile and now they are so popular, I’m about to switch fully to new balance for something new and different. AM90 has always been my favorite but the toe box inconsistency is frustrating

I have a wide foot size 8.5 US and I got Nike and New Balance in the same 8.5 size. so I can say that the new balance fits my wide foot very good and last for about 3-4 years before the outsole is ripped and the Nike is a lil bit tighter and last for about 2 and a half years before the outsole is broken. So yea that's just for my own experience from both of them.

I went up a 1/2 size not knowing they updated the shape. Older AM 90’s fit snug imo so I sized up. I do think I could’ve gone TTS with these, kinda doesn’t make sense but TTS you should be good

I pulled the trigger since New Balance cancelled my Grey 992's and i caught a restock on the the tan ones. But seeing them in person changed my opinion, because they look beautiful in person and go with many of my clothes. No regrets here haha 🤘🏼
