🌞I have always believed that Mother Nature gives us what is beneficial for us through the food and herbs that provides in different seasons, regardless of our location in the world.
The diversity of natural gifts is tailored to the climate and the needs of living organisms. While nature has thoughtfully considered all our needs, it's essential for us to recognize and benefit from its care.
Have we forgotten that nature guides us on what to eat each season to maintain good health? Our disconnection from the natural environment and natural way of living has caused us to lose our inner connection with Mother Earth. It's challenging for us to understand nature's language until we become sensitive and aware enough to re-establish this connection and comprehend it through a universal language understandable to everyone.
I strongly believe that we should prioritize consuming fresh fruits and vegetables that are locally and seasonally grown. This approach ensures that we can obtain naturally grown produce, rich in beneficial substances that are often lost due to chemical treatment or freezing when transported over long distances.
