The fact that he even played that game as oppose to skipping that one out where most Twolves fans were expecting him to take his time means he is dedicated to the game!!! Agree, terrible take on the Timberwolves
As a Thunder fan I don’t feel comfortable claiming that Title. Part of the deal from the sale of the SuperSonics was that if/when Seattle gets a team back those banners and trophy’s belong to them. Thunder don’t display anything Sonics and in my Mind they have not won a championship yet

agreed, although the history of oklahoma city is amazing, i believe we had one of if not the highest winrates throughout the 2010s, and now have the most lottery capital in league history, with a young team that is top 6 in the league, thats everything u could ask for besides winning a ring, which seems a tall standard for a team that has only existed for 15 years
@jacksonconley5117

I agree. I feel uncomfortable claiming the Thunder went to the finals four times. Their appearance in 2012 certainly belongs to them since they were in Oklahoma City at that point, but their appearances in 1978, 1979, and 1996 belong to the city of Seattle. I hope Seattle gets the Sonics back and all their history prior to 2008 and hopefully the Thunder gets its first real title as the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Grizzlies this low is crazy. Ja is their superstar is obviously tough, but that off the court stuff should die down and he can still very easily improve to a clear Top 10 player. Plus, this off year has let them rebuild and develop more young guys like Vince and GG, while also getting a top 10 pick in the draft. If they just get a big guy center in the building to help JJJ actually get rebounds, a lineup of Ja, Bane, A Young Wing, JJJ, and Big Center would go kinda crazy, and if someone makes a leap they have a solid shot at the finals

Idk about the grizz and the wolves, I think what the grizz have shown with their locking up the second twice shows that they have what they need, and I think they should be higher up. The wolves are world beaters rn, and I wouldn't be surprised if this is their year, and putting the clippers above them is ludicrous, seeing that the reason you did this was gobert's age, when the clips are old as frick, and this year the wolves have dominated the clips time and time again.

@@HoopReportstalk about the spurs and warriors game 😂🤡
Every Team that Never Won a Championship: Suns: Went there in 1976, 1993, and 2021 but all of them resulted in losses to the Celtics, Bulls, and Bucks. Clippers: Never went to the NBA Finals. The closest they came was in 2021 when they went to the WCF for the first time in franchise history but lost to the Suns. Jazz: Went to the NBA Finals back to back years in 1997 and 1998 under the leadership of Karl Malone but lost both times to Michael Jordan and the Bulls. The closest they came was in 1998 when they were looking to force game 7 at home. They had a 2 point lead with 10 seconds left only for Michael Jordan to hit a three pointer with 5 seconds left giving the Bulls the lead and sending the crowd in Salt Lake City into utter silence. Pacers: Went all the way to the Finals in 2000, but lost in six games to the Lakers. Nets: They went to back to back Finals appearances in 2002 and 2003 back when they were still in New Jersey. Unfortunately they lost back to back years to the Lakers and the Spurs. Hornets: One of the worst sports franchises in North America and have never been to the NBA Finals ever. You gotta wonder what would have happened if they draft Kobe Bryant. Magic: Went on a surprise run to the NBA Finals in 2009 with Dwight Howard under center, but lost in five to the Lakers. Timberwolves: Never been to the NBA Finals ever, but their best chance was when they had Kevin Garnett. Pelicans: Never been to the NBA Finals and Super Bowl XLIV remains the only championship appearance for the city of New Orleans as of 2024. Grizzlies: Never been to the NBA Finals and a Tennessee based team still has yet to win a championship as of 2024. Their football team, the Titans, lost the Super Bowl in 1999 and their Hockey team, the Predators, lost the Stanley Cup in 2017. Thunder: While the franchise technically won it all in 1979, but it while they were still the Seattle SuperSonics. The only time they went to the NBA Finals as the Oklahoma City Thunder was back in 2012 where they lost to the Miami Heat. In the event if the Seattle SuperSonics return, they would get all their history prior to 2008 back meaning that the Thunder would lose the 1979 title from their history and would be deemed a 2008 expansion team.

The nets just need a stable ownership and they will win something. Ownership has always been determential to this team since forever. Magic and Pacers ahead of the Pels and Wovles is a wild take. And if the Clippers don't do it this year or maybe next then it won't happen. That team is too damn old. Zion's potential with their tons of draft assets give them the best shot in my view if they make the right trade.

This is actually a really good question
The Pelicans started out as the Hornets. They moved from Charlotte to N.O. then to OKC during Katrina. They're the reason the Seattle lost their franchise. The current Hornets started out as the Bobcats in 2005. Those dates are wrong for those. The Utah Jazz used to be the New Orleans Jazz. The Clippers started out as the Buffalo Braves.
I’d put the Thunder on the list too. I know officially they share a history with the Sonics but I feel like they’re different teams
good question got us mixing out psychic prediction abilities, clippers, suns, timberwolves.

This guy must hate the wolves, in what world are they worse off than the Magic or the Pacers? Ant is on par with Halliburton, they have good chemistry and they're way larger than the Magic.
Unfortunately the Hawks lone championship was won in St. Luis. So Atlanta/Georgia haven't been able to celebrate that championship. 😔
Why tf were the New Jersey nets in Canada 😂😂 0:39
Honestly i think phoenix is the one that will get the title first, and putting them in the middle of the list is kinda underestimating what they achieved during the last years I would put them instead of la clippers in the contenders from the ringless
The Klaw k. leonard T. Haliburton. Ant. Edwards . Ja morant . maybe?? . if this player focuses on what he is on his team as an NBA player .. Lamelo ball .. if their team owner is focused on winning every Game .,,,maybe ?? ... Laurri markkanen .. if they(team owner) can build a roster that can help Markkanen that have a mamba mentality.. Maybe??
The Wolves have a 22 year old super star who averaged 31.6 ppg against the nuggets in the playoffs last year, and has lead his team to be the 1 seed for the large majority of the season so far. They have a big man trio including about to be 4 time DPOY Rudy Gobert, KAT, and Naz Reid. Veteran leadership in Mike Conley, and solid role players that are excellent defenders. How on earth are they below the Magic and the Pacers?
you've got that GOOD crack-cokane (l realize l spelled it wrong). l like watching the Magic, but they're not a better franchise than New Orleans - especially if Zion can stay relatively healthy and Brandon Ingram takes that last step to real league-stardom. the rest of the list is nice.

I think teams like the kings and thunder should be considered ring less too. They have their rings from a long time ago when they both had other names and were located in different states
morant also has the dpoy and a top 5 ish pure shooter in the league stop letting ur bias as a warrior fan get in the way
The Jazz: no mention of leadership, Ainge constructed two championship-level teams. It may still be unlikely, but you completely ignored one aspect of your criteria when discussing the team.
OKC- Timberwolves-Magic 3-4 dominant this league 💪🔥💪
As a pacer fan, I'm always optimistic
The 4 teams mentione at first are who I play with in 2k 😂 hahahaha just to lose and rarely win, but ig we think the same for these teams
thank you for not mentioning the hornets', uh... "rebranding"
The Denver Nuggets broke through in 2023 after them being in the NBA for 47 years (started off at the ABA in 1970 before the merger) so anything is always possible. I wouldn’t put the Memphis Grizzlies under the zero chance tier, that’s going way too early to put them in that category. I wouldn’t write them off just for one bad season and Ja Morant was improving before he got injured so I think there’s a decent chance. I think the Minnesota Timberwolves have a better future than the Phoenix Suns which I don’t think they should be in the small chance tier like the Suns and Pelicans so Minnesota should be on high chance. I think the Pacers should be in small chance tier and while there’s no mid-tier you have I would say the Clippers are at a decent chance like the Grizzlies. Overall you had a solid list, but there were a few tweaks I personally would’ve made.

Minnesota is way closer to a finals or winning a championshio then almost any team on this list, they have 3 players that funcionate perfectly, Ant can only improve and i see Gobert being same player for 5+ years, they need little more offence in moments but they have great size and can rely on defence more then any other team
magic and pacers over wolves ? no wonder you always share shitty opinions about the warriors
The san diego padres........ A man can dream!!!!!
Durant "turning 36 this year and 37 next" Yeah, I think we all know how aging works. Usually in chronological order.
This is the content you should be making!! However Utah has a much better future than you think. Utah in the same situation okc was only 3-4 years ago
The Wolves have been the 1st seed in the west for most of this season (better than last years champs, the nuggets) idk how you can say they only have a small chance?
love ur vids but watch a couple wolves games bro
Utah Jazz have insane upside unlike teams like Brooklyn, phoenix, and clippers that sold out their future and won’t do anything now. Also the Jazz are of the best run teams in the league with Danny Ainge pulling the strings. While Salt Lake City may not appeal to inner city nba players, ever increasingly the best players are European and would prefer a beautiful city that’s safe and has a passionate fan base.
I feel like clippers have a chance to make it to finals or semifinals this year if they are healthy but they probably wont win this year
Apparently you don’t think the new CBA will force players to chase the bag, I guess we will see
This is a great idea 💡 passed away from the other things in life 😢 the warriors team will not get a new ring again in life OK ka.pai the other teams m🎉
The Clippers have the highest chance on paper, but Kawhi and PG can't stay healthy in the playoffs, Harden is notorious for underperforming, and they don't have the draft capital to form a convincing rebuild after the trio are past their primes. I'd say the Pacers, Twolves, or Magic are next up, with my edge going to the Pacers and the opportunity to build something special around Haliburton.

Bro you don’t know what the grizzlies and Ja are capable of
Jazz (those picks!) & Griz & Hornets up to middle category (so Nets are the only team with zero chance). Suns & Wolves up to top category. Magic & Pacers down to middle category. Clippers > Wolves > Suns > Pacers = Magic = Pelicans = Griz = Hornets > Jazz > Nets.
He said the timberwolves had a low chance because ant shot lefty in the allstar game 😭💀
Buddy, why’s KD averaging only 2.7 rebounds😂 6:57
Clippers. They have the. Oney to keep that roster over the luxury tax and the new arena coming to continue to entice the best players to Los Angeles.
Patrick Ewing didn't have a Star to play with. Utah had Stockton and Malone with Jeff Hornaceck, Barkley had K.J with Dan Marjerle better positions to win.
Pelicans should be way higher. Only team above them currently in standings are clippers and timberwolves and the pels are younger than both these teams.
L Take Rn the Wolves are tied for 1st in the west. With a win tomorrow and the other two teams losing they’ll have the number 1 seed. Ant didn’t really try in all star weekend because he doesn’t see the point of it. Just recently he had a 50 point night. We also have Naz Reid, KAT who seems to have matured, Gobert as a great rim protector & the other guys are actually competent on the edge (for example McDaniels). Also have Mike Conley, quietly NAW, and Monte Morris. If we win the chip this year no one’s gonna care what was given up for Gobert and probably will talk about how it’s a goated trade ever. Outside of the Celtics this is the best year for the Wolves to bring the 1st championship to MN this millenia. There are many young guys who can be here for the next 10-15 years, I’d say the window is wide open. There’s a reason the Wolves have the best defense in the league.
Actually the Wizards have 2 championships, because even tho the Baltimore Bullets who won in 1948 folded, the franchise was rebirthed with the same name later when the Zephrs moved form Chicago, later becoming the Washington Wizards, i know ppl don't like to count that way to downgrade the rival team but as i see it, it's basically the same franchise and idea
If this video came out last year, the Denver Nuggets would be on this list 😅
I had a feeling you weren't going to acknowledge the warriors losses after your bold claims, but the fact that you really didn't is crazy lol
Pacers and magic over wolves they are literally contenders for the chip
It'll either be the Thunder or Wolves realistically. Pacers are a close third to me.
My home town TWolves it’s time baby
I think all the high chances teams are less likely to win than the Grizzlies and Twolves. All of the teams mentioned are not likely to win in the near future - the clippers are a contender but I think they are worse than the 2020 roster and have tougher competition all in all. The suns I think should be at zero chance and the magic are currently on a good run, but they are overall much less likely to win in the next 5 years than the Twolves
The Thunder. As much as the NBA stats and history say they’ve won a title, they don’t claim the Sonics history.
Grizzlies have the best future of these teams besides the Timberwolves
Minnesota is going to be dangerous and they are gonna win it all after they beat the Phoenix Suns in six the rest of the west is done against the T-Wolves defense and talent
