Long time Legends player here and I found your videos explanation of the game and brief overview of the mechanics was wonderful and entertaining. I like the mobile version fine, but what I really like is that it’s linked to my main account, so the progress I make stays the same on both platforms. Again, great job.

If Wargaming makes it where you can convert Blitz Progress onto Legends (any lost ship could be converted into XP) 9 out of every 10 players would immediately migrate to Legends within a Week.

nah bruh Blitz is different game....if blitz shutdown then your ships and progresses are gone for good although Compensation currency for legends would be viable

@@messier8379 They aren't going to compensate you one penny. It's 2 different games. When blitz shuts down you'll just have to move on to Legends Mobile, or whatever you want to play🤷🏽‍♂️.

As someone who did the original testing for WoWs legends, while I did enjoy it. I perfer blitz in basically every way. Of course legends is really fun, but i probably won’t play both. Plus legends used to take up 32 GB on my phone, yeah that’s not really a WG issue, but fuck IOS storage management. Though the only reason I may get legends is to make a video on it.

I honestly enjoy Legends from time to time, I find the captain system to be fun & quite important, but there's certainly more of a skill floor than in Blitz. I often need to pull tricks in T3 games in legends that I don't have to use till T10 in Blitz. But I don't see myself playing, say, Legends for an hour or two straight, whereas I can certainly enjoy the quicker rounds in Blitz more. I think it's a mindset. E.g. on PC, I'm happy to play War Thunder (Tanks), and get my butt handed to me 4 times out of 5 without losing motivation, but on mobile, it's a different matter, because I often just play a round or two in between or on the go, and goofing up is going to haunt me more 😉

@@FunandGameswithTerry the commander system is definitely one the highlights of Legends, I would love if blitz implemented that feature if they ever do a captain rework Skill floor is much higher……..but, a lot of my battles had some people who did a lot more questionable things than even the potato blitz players. I also don’t find the 15 minute battles extremely fun when 6 minutes of it is just going in some direction. Which is a reason I don’t like grand battles in blitz. While I have no problem getting my ass handed to me (had that happen a lot as the aiming process is a tad different) the thing that kills the motivation to play is the long Time to get to do something.

I like blitz but Legends has stuff that blitz could have added ages ago . I play both now as I've only sunk 30$ (Got Georgia on sale) into blitz total so moving on to other stuff is easy for me 😊

Yeah i have tried legends on mobile, but i still prefer the blitz version of 7 min fast paced games which Imo more suited for mobile platform. If i wanna play legends i ll just do it on console.

I don't have a console to play on (well, my kid does, but I can't just squat the living room for this if I were to borrow it), so Legends for me would be mobile-only (unless we're talking about PC emulators or the recent move by Google to make Play available on Windows). For the "mobile experience" - a few quick games on the go, or in between things - I personally prefer Blitz as well, but it's nice to see competition.

Legend is simply a much more refined piece of software. Setting aside all the subjective preferences, blitz has hard undefendable issues(just listing a few on top of my head): 1, blitz crashes quite often(for my ipad 9, once every 10 - 15 games), and it happens at any time, including during the game. And when I restart it and continue, my loaded torps are all mysteriously gone; in lengthy reload again. 2, blitz has serious bugs with respect to torps. Sometimes the second salvo of torps just vanish after being launched. It happened on multiple ships(both dd and cl) for me. And torp reload ship skill is problematic, too. The third quick-reloaded salvo sometimes just passes through a bb like nothing. 3, blitz bots are simply bugs. They know about your torps as soon as you launch them. And that's not the worst. They can rotate while moving(which sometimes makes a bb more agile than myself in a dd) to dodge your torps. It just violates Newton's laws. None of those critical issues has been observed on Legend so far.

I will definitely check Legends out if my phone storage allows. But ill be in thr camp of i wont turn my back on Blitz. Others will, but hopefully Blitz stays strong. I know itll lose some traffic but to what extent is soon to be seen. I do like Blitz but im intrigued by the less pay to win model

New Blitz player here, just started around mid June. Recently started grinding German battlecruiser line, so I think I'll stick with Blitz for a while until I can get a better device to play Legends.

Well, I think I'd stay on Blitz. I do want to try Legends Mobile though, if only i still have any storage in my phone or if I'm able to buy a new phone. Of course, without deleting my Blitz. One thing that makes me prefer Blitz is the quite larger amount of free ships and the existence of tier 9 and 10. As usual, nice video Terry! Hopefully your health would get better along the way👍

tier 9 ships are are tier 8, tier 10 ships are in the bureau

The only thing missing is World of Tanks modern armor on mobile. WG has already demonstrated that it can release a port without problems (and I don't doubt that it will be the same with the PC versions of both wow and wot. I don't understand why they don't do it.)

I haven't played WoWs in years but always had a lot of fun with it. Secondary builds were rarely super effective but when it could work i loved running people down XD

I'm quite a fan of secondary builds for German capital ships in Blitz, which is why I tried that on Legends as well. I've had a few instances where I've left my secondaries to finish off a low-health DD while using the mains elsewhere, but it's been a bit of a learning curve

If fleet system and CV available on Legends, surely I preferred move to Legends. No Tier X ship tree scheme ?? I dont worry at all since grinding Bureau on Legends are more values than on Blitz

CVs don't seem to be in the game just yet, but I don't have an idea what their roadmap is. The bureau is a nice "AFK grind" addition, and I've got a few commanders and premiums out of it already.

@@FunandGameswithTerry yes, the CV's are still unvalaible to play at mobile currently which still a bit "safe" from the terror of Pobeda's bouncing bombs or nasty torpedo from Hakuryu when you playing on up tier (7 to 8). Hopefully, the Fleet System will be 1st to add on next update. Meanwhile on Bureau, I hope you got finish and can't wait you will review it. Any "normal" bureau ships either Yama, GK, Monty or the "advance" bureau like Bourgogne, Colombo or maybe the latest big bonker BB... The Vermont. Can't wait to see your review

The skill difference between blitz and PC is crazy too, it takes a bit to get used to for sure.

Yes coming from blitz player last year playing t3 match it's just feels like playing t8-10 in blitz, i need to learn a lot of stuffs and pulling a lot tricks and manuver to succeed , it's so rough but once you keep learning from your mistakes its become much engaging and rewarding later on

As a former blitz player now i play legends because legends is more complicated and skill based with much higher learning curve, the commander mechanic is the reason why i leave blitz because i can switch, mess and experiment with them one commander can be built differently on different ships and not to mention azur lane colllab is still annualy present as azur lane playet and fans i appreciate it. One more thing it's like few days ago i burned a german BB at t3-4 matches and it was you when i was at svetliena, i agreed when a dd spot you and i go near island to spam HE it's realy hard for bb to do something and sorry for that i just so surprised after seeing your nickname in battle and i burned like 40% of your hp

Was the azur lane collab on world of warships, world of warships blitz, and world of warships Legends or only on one of the 3 games?

Well basically this game on mobile is when you go travel and away from your console but still want to play this the one but if you don't have alot of time but still want to enjoy a few battle blitz is the one

It does seem similar to War T mobile which was fun but I'm actually feeling OK with WoWb lately. It is what it is BUT they have been fixing & adding, adjusting etc...😊

Yeah, competition is good :) For me, WTM still has big balancing issues on naval (subs), but I'm quite enjoying WT on PC, actually. Legends for me has the bigger "Blitz competitor" appeal - it's WG, familiar concept, established market/crossplay (there are waaaaay more players active in Legends than Blitz, from what I can see, due to crossplay), and WG's own engine under the hood, rather than the NetEase/Unity base, so maybe more potential for evolution. Also, Legends is less gacha-focused than Blitz. It's great to see Blitz improving visually, beyond just releasing more premiums. We'll see where they take it, but I'm quite happy with the momentum there as well. In the end, playerbase chooses.

I believe they should add something like convoy escorting and defending in both because it has dropped in the pc game and its pretty fun game mode

As someone who’s played legends for 3 years and blitz for a bit, the more fun and competitive pvp is 100% legends and it’s more fun that way

I've only been playing Legends for a bit, but I can absolutely agree that it's more of a challenge. Coming from Blitz, I see players do things in tier 3 or 4 that you'd usually only find in tier 8 or 10 in Blitz. I think it's an interesting alternative, but I still enjoy Blitz as well, especially for the faster gameplay (on mobile, that's a good thing) and the fact that you can carry a team in Blitz in pretty much any ship, whereas in Legends, if your team leaves you hanging dry, I find it very hard to turn things around solo. Still, I've got much to learn about Legends as well, so we'll see what time brings :)

For the mobile version (WoWs Blitz) players, it is very difficult to adapt and takes a lot of time. But, for PC version players even the consol version players, it shouldn't be a problem. So, this is just a matter of mechanics in the game.

Also to play this type of game you need very good device to play legend mobile so I'm not seeing alot of playerbase from mobile but thats why you gonna see alot of console instead of mobile players playing it.

Im not a fan of legends button lauout on mobile. But captain system and leveling ship is so much better than blitz. Not having to use blueprints is great. I still miss alot with legends on mobile which i can use on ps. I have invested alot in blitz, but i think legends can be quite fun too. Also players in legends feel far more experienced than blitz. Even a t3 match is harder than a normal t8 blitz match

On Android, it's 1.25GB for the app plus ~7.5G data & caches, for a total of 8.8GB

I honestky say i got 5 preminium tanks and ships and i unlock 10 tank and ships teach tree in war thunder mobile under 1 month.

question in mobile how much weigth the game some said in mobile is 32 gigs is true

When I first had WOW in my wheelhouse (2015), I was salivating even though I'm a mobile and console player. When Blitz came out I was aware of armor angling when I was in grade school, because library. I also knew the PC version had armor angling so naturally when Blitz came out I wondered if it had armor angling modifiers. It makes sense it does not have such a modifier because of the Blitz concept that gives you a really attractive alternative to PC and console in gaming in general.

Did you install it from a manual download, or through the Play / App store? It's been officially released, so if you had an old installation, maybe try to reinstall? Don't know much about it otherwise, you may have to check with support or on their discord

Neither. They're both good games in their own right, with different focuses, strengths and weaknesses. It's up to the player to decide which one they prefer, the easier, more arcade style of Blitz, or the sweatier, more involved style of Legends.

Now there are two game son its famous pc first is war thunder mobile and second is wows legend mobile but its not gonna get to much fame by mobile people because not everyone has high end devices to play wows legend mobile but as same time war thunder mobile i play and seen alot of can play ut on low end devices too and its has ground battle , navy battle and in next update they are affing aviation mide in war thunder mobile. So i like the war thunder mobile alot because of its relastic modulea and gameplay and everything is 100 % qccurate from reallife and you can play ground and naval mode at same time in one game.

In my perspective, World of Warships Legends Mobile offers a superior gaming experience with more impressive visuals compared to Blitz. Legends boasts more lifelike graphics, including detailed features like movable turret cannons up and down. The damage modeling is also more advanced, with HE shells creating visible hull damage. Additionally, I appreciate the longer 15-minute battle duration in Legends, which provides a more immersive experience than Blitz's shorter 7-minute matches.

If anyone thinks Wargaming is going to keep two warship games on mobile going into perpetuity.. Are simply deluding themselves. I guess time will tell.🤷🏽‍♂️

A 15 minute mobile game? If I want to play PC type games, I’ll just play PC. Legends doesn’t really fit a mobile niche with that long game time.

I think the draw of Legends is that it'll be an opportunity for existing console players to use their account "on the go", so they're used to the way games run there already, and since it's crossplay, it's an attractive option. Consider having a lunch break, or being on vacation, and you're able to continue the event that you've been playing on console at home. I'm looking at it from a purely mobile perspective, and it doesn't have quite the same appeal there. So while I enjoy it, Blitz is still my preference, but we'll see how the playerbase shifts.

@@FunandGameswithTerry That’s something I can agree with. I could totally see the draw of being to take your console game on the road. Legends as a true “mobile” game…. I don’t know. Even with some of the issues of blitz, it’s game time is perfect for a quick game.

This is absolutely a great companion to legends , BLiTZ is BLiTZ , eight minutes of smash mouth naval combat . No time for deep flanking , it’s more like a football than baseball.

Majority of the 3 billion+ gamers are on console or mobile so making a game to cater to the emerging market makes sense . Also the convenience is huge , hooking my phone on a 60+ inch screen or console with a sound system blows away my Starforge PC 😂 and I can take my setup anywhere with ease as I am only home to sleep most days . I been a pc gamer since 386 processors and have become more console and mobile. I can now game at work , business trips , and the convenience when your past 50 is life changing 😂

Sorry, but I have to go with BLITZ. I builded something up over the past few years and I got a feeling they'll still extend the game further in the future ...

will play legends mobile from scratch. officially quit blitz a while back due to the boredom. which one is better, is heavily subjective.

I did that on Legends Mobile - I'm on Android, so I could play already for a while - and it's been a pleasant (and generous) experience so far, with the caveats mentioned. I think for people who are turned away by the gacha / gambling mechanics, it's a refreshing alternative even for mobile-only.

for me, i definitely prefer Legends than Blitz. well, im sure everyone here says that Blitz is better because of 1 thing : it only takes 5-7 minutes to play (1 match) and it suited for mobile games, but honestly its bad, yes Blitz is fun you can literally grind ships easily without taking hours of time, but 5-7 minutes is kinda too short for a warship game. i remember one time i was trying to win the game when im the last one alive (its a 1v3) and the enemies are low on health, i was confident to sunk them all but the battle time ran out and i lost. and people might say that Legends are boring because of the 15 minutes for 1 match. yes it is boring and fun at the same time lol, the advantage is you can think/play any a strategy to win the game without worrying about time, you want to sunk all enemy ships? capture enemy’s base? or even being an asshole that camps behind an island and spamming HE at battleships? all of them are possible to do.

I'm enjoying both, actually, but for different reasons. Legends feels harder for me - I've often got to pull all skills I've learnt in 5 years on Blitz to do ok in a tier 3 game on legends. And that's a good thing, but it's for different situations. I play Blitz when I'm after a quick happy hit, since I'm quite confident that I can have some good personal record in a few games, and a loss doesn't hurt much on a quick round. I play legends when I'm in the mood for a challenge, and don't mind getting "schooled", as I'll learn something.

I played blitz and legends beta, i like blitz more. Legends mobile control sucks that's why i uninstall it. But on console i have fun playing legends almost every day. That only gripe is that on blitz 7v7, on console 9v9. I hope wargaming will make it the same amount of players like 15v15 like on pc.

I will be honest, no probably not. I’ve always thought it was awfully stupid to have two of the same WoWs on mobile, but even if we take that out of the conversation, blitz will be more accessible to people, you need a pretty powerful phone to the run the game (which is to be expected) Also as far as I know, nobody on the blitz community is thinking of switching. Oh it also takes up a huge amount of storage
