bro i think you should check out on World Tower Defence, definitely the most underrated TD game. It has a bad image because of John's video but once you get the hang of it the game becomes the best TD game I have ever seen

Sledger is good on maps like u turn crossroads toy board maybe and damage is really good 110 at level 5

you should try cube defense

Sledged is still good after a nerf and it may get buffed plus looks soooo cooooll and is better on fallen. DJ range buff also helps tons with the range

For 1 or 2 sledgers it definitely hits too hard, but if you’re stacking 6 then the nerf to the freezing won’t be as noticeable

Sledger is bad at frezze but if you got some other frezze units to help it frezze it will do ton of dmg i think sledger got more potential than cryo and frost if we talk about overall dps

If you want dps use accelerator or engineer is you want crowd control use mortar or executioner sledger costs to damn much and has such little range to be good in ethier dps or crowds unless u don't have those then sure

I don't want to be a sledger hater, but that's unfortunately not true. Even though it has the most potential dps, it's pretty expensive, has low range, and doesn't have the greatest stalling. Cryomancer has amazing stalling and can hit more enemies than sledger, and frost blaster is simply a much better version of sledger with it being able to hit 8 enemies at once, and stalling them.
