There's a Nuka Quantum Collectron variant that was a previous Scoreboard reward that would collect utracte scrap and nuclear waste instead of Nuka Cranberry and Nuka Orange like the Nuka Cola Collectron does.

@MrSnivvel I've got it, and it generates a ridiculous amount of Nuka Cola variants, especially Quantum. It's kind of OP. I swear it refills faster than my other Collectrons, but I could be wrong.

Depending on which collectron you put down it collects those items plus if you change the options on the computer you get both. So if you put down the nuka 1 and set it to ammo and weapons you'll get both nuka colas and ammo.

Ammo is pretty easy to come by now, a few expeditions and daily ops with other players will easily fill your inventory pretty fast.

Not sure if it's how it is supposed to be but the same thing happens with my Nuka-Cola Collectron. It seems to always collect nuka plus what I set it to.

This is how all collectrons work, unfortunately. No matter the setting - they will still collect some of the stuff they collect by default. That's extra bad with collectrons like Auto-Miner etc. the heavier the stuff they collect, the faster it fills.

@@gunslinginleftist Well, let's say your Miner Collectron can have a max carrying capacity of 20lb and you want it to collect Nuka Colas, if it's the original Nuka Cola Collectron it will utilize all 20lbs to collect a bunch of nuka colas only, but since you're using the Miner one - it will mix ores nside, and ore is heavy, resulting in less nuka cola collected overall and also less per cycle (I don't remember how often they collect an item, maybe 5 or 10 mins) cause each collection cycle will mix ore inside. So even if you check your Collectron often, you still lose on the thing you've set it to collect. Hope that makes sense lol, I'm half asleep.

For me the best one is SantaTron for collecting irradiated sugar bombs or Fasnacht for royal jelly. Also is a cool feature that you can change skins if you don't like the default one [subroutine]

I prefer Ace the Raider bot, but have him set to collect Nuka-Colas. So many dailies require drinking specific Nukas, mainly Orange and Cranberry.

I'm kind of surprised we haven't gotten a halloween one yet.

I consistently use the Nuka Cola/Nuka Cola Quantum collectrons at my camps...it's an easy way to get some caps when you're a lower-level character!

Good video. I definitely use the Nuka Cola one. There’s the Nuka Quantum as well, but I prefer getting the random flavors. I only started playing about December last year so I did see the holiday scorched. Didn’t have 1st and hadn’t thought about having a dozen or so collectrons getting gifts. Will definitely be doing this at least one time this year.

I'm thinking of switching to the bos collectron now! Was unaware it has so many things it collected! I am using the nuka quantum collectron now

I’ve been testing to see if I can control the loot pool to some extent- say keeping in items such as Screws or a particular Chem or soup So it will be more clear if 1 or more shows up and I just have to be careful not to take everything

I like mixing the dog with the nuka quantum setting. Gets everything i need as an armor blacksmith with cola nut as a favourite perk.

Nuka Quantum is my fave! you get Nuka cola and other stuff, and I switch between gold scrap and other materials and Nuka cola because its pretty beneficial if you have cola nut

I like Fetch set to Nuka Cola, unless you need something different - easy to sell and always on the weekly/daily challenges it seems. Workshops are great to throw down different ones. There's something the Proletariat finds - food item??? I don't remember. Didn't know about the Christmas gifts, definitely will use that! Thanks!

Yeah its an awesome farming method if you have a private server just take all the workshops and sit back :)

You can also get nuka colas from the dog, not much but it’s there. Regular to nuka cherrys and stuff like that

Another thing I noticed while using the gold collectron is that they'll still pull from their default list as well, no matter what pull-list you have them set to. I had the gold set to BOS but it was still pulling gold ore.

I am not sure now if two nuka-cola collectrons have shared loot, as far I found, each of them collects different coal flavors and I would ask if rusty FETCH and pristine one loot tables differ anyhow my first collectron I got was santa one, I got it for free from atom shop around christmass, indeed it collects presents quite reliably, especially when you check on it regularly to get rid of unwanted stuff

I personally main the Nuka Quantum Collectron, mostly because I use the quantum thirst zapper and a lot of nuka nades. With Cola Nut all the other Nukas I get make for good heal items.

at the moment i mainly use the Nuka Quantum Collection, but also use the FETCH as well

Automotive parts will bring Alot more steel aluminum and oil and tech scrap brings in more copper so it depends on where your stash is short on which junk bot setting to use

Try combine collectron skins, I have dog with ore set, and they bring electronic, bones and ores too.

My fav is the red rocket collectron. Shame it can't roam my camp after my camp renovations.

I have the dog collecting nuka colas... the quantum collectron is better as it adds more quantum in the mix and other useful scrap. But I just like the boxy design of it, and as we dont have pets... the fetch dog it is

I've got the Communist and Mining collectrons... the dialogue lines from the Communist one are funny at first, but they eventually started to grate on my nerves, so I switched to the Mining Collectron who's been digging up ore for a while now. Gotta get the Nuka-Cola collectron some day.

The Junk Collectron is currently bugged out when you place it DO NOT ACCESS THE TERMINAL if you set it to collect Junk it'll instead of collecting scrap like the Scrap Collectron is supposed too it'll start collecting Junk. To reset it you demo it and place it back down if you've already set it. You basically get 2 collectrons in 1

I use nuka-cola quantum collectron, good for when u need to make nuka and quantum grenades.

I got nuka Cola, red_rocket, communist collectron and the orb of course oh and santa. I love to switch and let them search both for what I need maybe nuka Cola and orbs. But my red Rocket what I buy with gold doesn't work right by the options in terminal

I love the Red Rocket collectron, but I think it's broken. It doesn't give me most of the options for collecting that my other collectrons do. For example, I can choose any of them to collect the Nuka Colas, but the Red Rocket doesn't give me the option.

I always use the nuka cola collectron with chems active. That way I get chems, alchohol and nuka colas. :)

The best one is for sure the raider collectron purely for the humor. His dialog continues to crack me up when im doing thing around camp

I like the nuka cola bot set to Santa. Get junk, irradiated sugar bombs, nuka orange, and nuka cranberry.

Do you know how it actually gets things? like if you all ready have a lot of scrap will it stop giving you scrap, ect? or does it actually just give you (x) over time? I think in fall out 4 a lot of scavenger things wouldnt give you stuff if you all ready had a lot of it.

That one was a limited time item around the steel reign questline. I think it has returned though a couple times in the ATX

Still new to the game, I just earned that guy yesterday as my first collection. But I was hesitant to build it since it doesn't match my camp.

Proletariat is the word used for the Working Class in the former Soviet Union. I do not know if it is exclusive to the Soviet Union, or if it an actual word in the Russian language.

I think it's stupid u can only place one down considering that u don't even get a whole lot from them individually u should be able to place at least 1 of each type on your camp 1 for more loot and 2 to protect camp and have a lil more immersion maybe actually be able to chat with them a lil I'm on xbox and have tried to put on it a workstation I took over didn't work only could farm the resources at the workbench area not using collectron

I generally keep my bot running ammo and weapons. Occasionally junk though

@@DTDGamer Right on. They have the Commiebot was on sale for 300 Atoms. So, I bought that one. I would've preferred the dog, but I figured it'd be better to save the extra 200 Atoms.

I only use the nuka collectron and wait for the day it gets it's own voice lines. Don't know why he wants to find toilet paper for me.

the best one imo is the new ore one. its bugged, if you switch what its collecting it will collect that plus ore.

It’s not bugged. All Collectrons work this way when placed in your camp. They always collect their default pool, PLUS whatever you manually set them to collect from their terminal. For example, if you use the Auto-miner Collectron & you manually set it to collect Nuka Colas, it will always collect ore plus the sodas. But I noticed that Collectrons work a little bit different when placed in Workshops instead of your camp. In this situation they can collect only their default stuff. You can’t set them to collect any additional items. But that’s ok since you can have multiple Workshops taken simultaneously and place different Collectrons in each one of them. (most easily done in private servers / Fallout 1st) Side note: All Collectrons have a limited space for gathered items. So, if you absolutely need to get the most possible quantity from an item, then it’s probably better to place down that particular Collectron and NOT set it to collect any additional stuff. This way its storage space will not get diluted with other stuff.

Can anyone explain to me why, that damn dog is the only collectron that finds nuka cola orange for me?

I went through how much I spent sense this game came out I added everything and I spent in total: $1,918.30 I sit back and look at that number and just wonder why I spent that much money. I recommend anyone to look through your purchases and sit and wonder was this worth all the money this game with a shallow story line that has no depth how does it compare to other games like cyberpunk that has amazing worth of content and attention to detail and I think wow, this is how much they can make with a game like this compared to a single player game it’s sad but it’s our faults company’s get away with this.

There is a reason why they haven’t released mods it’s cause once they do nobody will buy from the atom shop it just feels 76 existence is to milk as much as they can from you, having to grind +80 levels to earn the right to place a toaster in your camp is crazy to me. Hopefully you understand this viewpoint

And before you say I’m just a hater or whatever that hasn’t played much I played sense beta and played all the soulless storylines a middle school group could make. I just believe in not being a “hater” but more so I want 76 to be amazing but with more daily ops system is unbearable. I like the idea of going to different places is a good and fun idea but when you have a lame characters and fetch quest with no depth and emotions it feels soulless and the fact they want it repeatable a quest line is crazy lmao
