Love your channel! Thank you for this video! I'm new to all this syrups.. I'm buying monin toffeenut, salted caramel and I'm not sure what I should get for my 3rd bottle. (Free shipping after a certain amount lol). Should I get hazelnut or butterscotch? Would love your recommendation!

I would get both! :-) Butterscotch is close to caramel taste so if I have to select only one of the 2 you mentioned, I would go for hazelnut.

I tried 1883 and monin hazelnut syrup out of curiosity, but I still prefer davinci hazelnut syrup, it makes your coffee creamy and flavorful compared to the other brands I also love the Torani vanilla bean. I believe I have the same coffee preferences as Cristiana 🥰😍

review peach syrup please. i highly recommend you to compare torani white peach and giffard

Here in the states we have a chain called Dutch Bros. I find their drinks are watery and sugary, no flavor. All their syrups are Torani. I find Starbucks to be way superior. Ive not had Da Vinci or Monin recently, so I can't add my opinion at this point. I have recently started making my own syrups. My vanilla syrup is made from my own extract. I find it quite satisfying. I recently tried my hand at creme de menthe, I am not sure yet how I feel on it. I think it needs some work on the flavor coming through in the drink. But I dont want it to be over powering like Starbucks peppermint. I have been trying some of the Chao drinks and ingredients to make her drinks or create my own. In the states it is now over $7 US dollars and some are $8 for a drink at Starbucks. I do get Breve' instead of milk. Used to be $.50 extra, not sure what it is now. I dont go often, so I no longer keep track. The other key thing about all the store syrups is the ingredients. I try not to do much of things like propylene glycol, and other gums or additives.

Considering that Monin has a stronger flavor, does that mean that you should actually put less in your drink to achieve the same as the other brands, making it actually cheaper compared to them?

Yes I recently did a tour at Monin and they informed us that their syrups are more concentrated so you need about half as much syrup compared to Davinci and Torani which saves the operator quite a bit of money, but no one is aware of that so they keep adding too much flavoring. On the actual bottle there are recipes that tell you how much to use and it is not a whole lot, whereas the others require more. These lovely ladies didn't know that based on the video and reaction.

Almost pick this brand until I Googled the best syrups. Later hope to get my torani hazelnut

the review should say : how an already good tasting chocolate taste with syrup. hint: they all do

I have the monin hazelnut syrup and I'm not really a fan of it. weird but I really can't taste the hazelnut flavor in it because it's very subtle for me already. I want a strong hazelnut taste and monin is very light for my preference

Odd because here the Monin had the strongest hazelnut flavor.

da vinci won twice. monin lost twice...but apparently monin is the most popular in my country

Its all a matter of preferences really...

Today is my first try Flavor coffee after a year learning homebrewing due to the lockdown. And me and my wife have the same thought with your daughter after tasted before your video. The first taste of the monin in hazelnuts is taste artificiall and strong flavor. For me is no no eventho is a new purchase. But the consumer and the market still like it tho.

i think it/ a bad idea to use it in chocolate . chocolate on its own a very comforting taste so you can't really give it a biased review
