Dan, I have been watching KZread for years. I have never felt compelled to comment on a video. I do now for the first time. This "short form" format is a perfect stop gap solution for the all too long, but understood gap between HH episodes. Please keep these coming, and thank you for the incredibly hard work that goes into all of the content you put out.

After Steam-Punk is Diesel-Punk, which also is connected to "Pulp-Fiction". Think "Indiana Jones", "Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow", or settings like that. It's sorta related to Film Noir, but not quite.

Very much enjoyed this expansion on the point made in Blueprint for Armageddon that I also picked up on first time I listened to that series. The format reminds me of the early HH episodes in that it is a shorter take on a single question or comparison, and I would love to see these become a regular thing to fill the gap between the full-length 'deep dive' episodes.

Excellent love this format in between full episodes! I am a huge Great War buff this along with your amazing “Blueprint to Armageddon” has capture my attention. Most 20th century history enthusiasts focus on WW2 so being able to listen to additional content on the First World War is music to my ears, I read and watch anything I can get my hands on regarding The Great War, and compared to WW2 there is far less out there, so I very much appreciate this. You asking fun questions like-Were previous gens tougher, did Caesar start a genocide, was Alexander just like Hitler, WWI vs WWII German military-Is why I love Hardcore History so much! These questions are fun to theorise, and debate about, and stay with you the most. I’m very excited!

Absolutely can't wait to listen to it on the drive to work tomorrow. Been waiting patiently for a new Common Sense as well. I like hearing your perspective on the madness of our current political situation. Every week something new happens and I wonder "Is this what Dan's gonna talk about next episode?"

This was (of course) again a great story Dan, love any content you create. So, shorter+more frequent equals awesome. If you can insert this in your regular podcast feed it would be appreciated.
