    Fully agree with Kochi. The city has everything to offer. Good medical facilities, Good Schools(cental,state and international), Metro, International airport, International Sea port, Good beaches, Hill stations are just 2 hours drive from the city , back waters and lagoons (unique to kerala). Social indices are the highest in the country. IT oppurtunities are also on the rise. Also if you are in to Art and history , the city has lots to offer .

    With the brand new Jewar Airport coming up I think that Noida is a great choice, less expensive, less hectic, more quiet..specifically Sector 150 which is a 80% green sector.

    I have just returned from Delhi / Gurgaon, I was there for 4 months, and I found Delhi to be very hectic, noisy, and polluted. I'm looking for a warm climate throughout the year, Delhi winters are harsh. I plan to return to South India in September. I wished I had visited Noida, maybe next time.

    All good , Indore is good but calling it Mini Bombay is just a self satisfaction of resident of Indore people! Calling Pune might be true, considering huge IT, automobile, pharama sectors and even other corporate things! Even presense of Marathi movies, TV shows presence, and Hindi movies shoot to some extent(Pune has Film and television institute)! Close proximity to Mumbai in terms of distance and work too! Yes, Pune is mini Bombay, Indore isn't by the far distance!

    Sir I like your Videos, but I have a few doubts that you may consider a topic for your NEXT VIDEO. In india, we have 1. Pollution 2. Bike and Car noises 3. Bad Politics 4. Corruption 5. Bad roads 6. No Police or Judiciary 7. Bad work life balance and less pay (not considering IT) Even after so many points why do NRI's still consider to return back to India. PS - I love India

    One piece of advice..... Return to India no problem....... But don't transfer your money from abroad to India.... Modi has put 20% TCS tax...

  • @FromAnonymous

    @FromAnonymous

    3 ай бұрын

    As an NRI, you are not subject to taxation on the money you send to India. However, sending money to India from overseas will have tax implications for the recipient who is a resident of India. This will depend on the purpose of the remittance. The NRIs earned the money on foreign soil and already paid tax in the foreign country, so what is the right of the Indian Government to take tax on that money? I am not in favor of Indians having to pay a 20% TCS when sending money abroad. The Indians have already paid income tax on that money, and it is their hard-earned money that they should be allowed to spend as they please, as long as it is not illegal. However, if someone is trying to send cash or black money abroad, they should be interrogated.
