To achieve smooth, glowing skin: 1 - Hydration is essential. It aids in the process. Aim to drink at least 2 liters water daily. 2 - Wash my face with riceeberry face wash from litleextra daily. Though i skip some times because of lack of patience. It works but you need to apply it daily atleast once. 3 - I prevent using any soap, etc. on face. 4 - I don't consume junk food. 5 - I make sure to exercise for 30 minutes every day. Together, these actions contributed to achieving my healthy, glowing skin resulting in a complexion free from acne, dark spots, and pimples.

I love the fact that riceberry face wash doesn't contain any fragrance. It's mild on the skin and you need just a pea size amount of the cleanser, and it doesn't strip the natural oils from ur skin. I have used Himalaya n ponds facewash...those used to make my skin super duper dry, but this one maintains my skin hydrated.

Hi, I have combination skin I think. I am not too sure. I have oily nose and cheeks. I have acne mostly on the cheeks area. They are hidden and sometimes inflamed. When they heal they leave hyperpigmentation. What should I use the Daily foaming Cleanser for normal to oily or the SA renew?

Hi Dr. Janet! Im really enjoy your video! It is very well explained. But i have few concerns here if you may assist; i have acne scars all around my face esp my cheeks, hyperpigmentation, tzone is oily and dry at my cheeks so i have combination skins, large pores at my cheeks, would say rough, bumpy and uneven skin as well, kinda small acne also have. I would like to incorporate the cerave cleanser into my routine so i think based on your explaination, i am suitable with SA cerave cleanser. But then my concern is that, i also used exfoliating toner contained AHA PHA BHA (somebymi). Would that be okay if used the cleanser since im afraid that it will be over exfoliate. I have serums incorporated in my routine as well, contain, hyalunoric acid, vit c, alpha arbutin, centella extract, niancinamide as well. In exfoliating toner some by mi also contain niancinamide as well around 5% if im not mistake. So is it okay if use SA cleanser? Also, im a bit confused when i searched there two SA cleansers i guess for cerave with blue bottle which i dont know what are the differences or maybe i mistaken, the one is the one which stated at the bottle "SA Gel Nettoyant Anti Rugosites". Would love if you reply this ❤

If the SA cleanser is your staple cleanser then you should probably reduce the frequency of usage of the somebymi toner to maybe 1-2 times a week and at night. You could use the Vitamin C serum in the mornings after the SA cleanser but be on the lookout for excessive dryness or any irritation

I have suffered with acne as a teenager which left me with acne scares that make me feel so not beautiful. maybe try the acne control cleanser. i just got it along with the acne control gel and it’s working really well so far! just make sure you get a good non-comedogenic moisturizer and a light sunscreen. i recommend the neutrogena water gel!
