Which azelaic acid product is the best?!
🧪Continuing are azelaic acid focus! We've recently been testing four very popular azelaic acid products: The Ordinary, Paula's Choice, Natrium Azelaic Acid Emulsion, and the Inkey. Some notable moments:
👩🔬Both Naturium and Inkey had great textures with minimal initial stinging!
👩🔬The Ordinary's is a very traditional form of azelaic acid, a silicone suspension with that classic silicone finish. Fwiw, we did experience the most initial stinging with this one and also found this one to be drying.

I also love the peach slices formula!
Disappointed that you didn’t mention that the natrium one does not contain Azelaic acid but a derivative that yourselves mentioned in other video has very little studies done on and which efficacy is not proven.

wow good memory! they actually have two azelaic acid products now! one with pure azelaic acid and one with the derivative

I think you're confusing the products. Their topical acid is the one with the derivative and the emulsion mentioned in this video has pure azelaic acid
azelaic acid for me is very itchy.

Can you use it with tret? Or should I use azaleic acid in the morning

You can use the two together. Just moisturize well enough. The two are a really great combo when used together.

I use tretinoin with Paulas choice azaleic acid. Layers well together, Don’t bother with The Ordinary, it pills up.
