@@lan92034 Heyy soo my dermatologist I see recommended full face I use it in the a.m and my tretinoin at night. Honestly I noticed after 2 weeks of use the smoothness and texture. I already been on Tretinoin since January 2023 and recently she changed my strength from 0.025 to 0.05. Azelaic acid is a great game changer added to your routine and also please wear Sunscreen as well too!!

@@DrAlexisStephens Hello, Dr. Stephens. You have been a great help to me and my skin care regimen! I also use your suggested sunscreen which is the supergoop bioretinol, which still blows my mind that it's so transparent. Most people don't even know about it! I was wondering, when using 20% Azelic acid, is one application of the SG bioretinol sunscreen enough for the whole day? Thank you!!

I use 15% compounded with niacinamide that my derm orders for me which is much more affordable than the 20% which is $500 at my pharmacy🤯 I only experienced itching when I started. No burning. I will never not use this, retinol, Vit C, and snail mucin. My skin loves them.

I was initially on Accutane for 7 months which cleared all my acne away, then my dermatologist recommended Tretinoin for preventative measures and it has been a Gamechanger cos my skin is glowing and smooth like a baby’s bottom lol❤ My morning routine is; 1) Cleanse 2) Tone 3) Hyaluronic serum 4) Vitamin C serum 5) moisturiser 6) SPF Evening routine is: 1) Cleanse 2) Tone 3) Tretinoin 0.05%(pea-size amount) 4) moisturiser 5)rosehip oil( to seal everything in)

@ginjuice8951 I actually use azelaic acid in the mornings in a similar routine. I cleanse, tone, use a vitamin c serum, (let my skin dry for 2-5 mins) then apply azelaic acid 15%, moisturizer and sunscreen. No issues. I use tretinoin 0.01% at night in a similar routine as well.
