Shaun is a little older than me and we were in college around the same time. He was the quarterback at Tulane (school in New Orleans) and as a New Orleans native we pulled for all the schools in the area. We watched WWL and WDSU to check how they were doing and read the Times-Picayune every Sunday to check the sports pages. So when he went to Tampa Bay I pulled for him (except when he played my Saints). Good to see him doing well.

We go thru this every year how no matter what mahomes does the sports media for entertainment purposes they will try to create a storyline to go against mahomes

I feel it's gonna have to be an NFC quarterback because in the AFC you have to go through murderer's row just to get to the Superbowl. Maybe Caleb Williams lives up to the hype and gets there.

The only threat to the Chiefs, at this point, is themselves. Point blank. Last season, two teams perennially picked as Chief killers had their best and last oppurtunity to dethrone Kansas City for some time hosting them in the playoffs: Baltimore and Buffalo. They missed out on their chances to become NEXT. Hurts saying that as a Ravens fan, but stripping the team down some and adding Henry alone doesn't do it for me.

How can u say that the call was given to mahomes even though he was hit while two feet out of bounds when he was hit but don’t mention all of the flags thrown in the 2nd quarter to even allow the bengals to come back and win that 1st game that they lost. They never gave a replay on alot of those calls to show what actually happened. There was also a time theee refs picked up flags cause they didn’t even know what to call. Even the commentators said that they didn’t see any penalties on the plays. Now the 2nd two losses were legit but not the first it was bs that kept them in the game. Shaun King is right and wrong. He's right in that the Ravens have the best overall organization. He's wrong in that, they've done the best job of building their defense. Not even their running game. Lamar is their running game. He's been their leading rusher five straight years. Their WR groups have often been bottom 5 and all he's really had is Andrews, whose hobbled into their two most promising postseasons barely able to play. Defense? Ravens are great. Passing game? One of the worst in the league, because they haven't cared about throwing the ball since Vinny Testaverde was there.

LMBO Rob's hate of Tom Brady is almost adorable. He's the one guy who refuses to acknowledge the painfully obvious. Brady is the GOAT. There's no valid argument for anyone else. I hope Mahomes will catch him but it's doubtful.

Wait, so Rob says Lamar is so good blah blah blah, but in the playoff game he's complaining that runningbacks didn't get the ball enough. This shows he doesn't believe in Lamar as a passer. But he's too dumb to understand this.

If the objectively best running team in football doesn’t run the ball against a team that’s bad at defending the run, then obviously that plays a role in the reason they lost. Not hard to understand strategy bud.

@@soda8736 He can, This was his best season passing. Something tells me you can’t read what I said though. I’ve never seen Lamar with such a good offence, and this is Lamar’s first season in the new offence. He was averaging 30+ points in vs playoff teams with one of the hardest records in the nfl. Im pretty certain Lamar will get over the playoff hump. Explaining this to you is a waste of time though, since you obviously can’t read😭.

Lamar is the only qb who the oc puts the ball in his hands to win a championship game and when he gets his ass beat the argument is we should have run the ball more . Like if that’s the argument dude wasn’t an elite qb then. All year from day one it’s been said that the ravens are built as a run first team don’t build the team as a run first team and then decide in the biggest game of the season to do something different it’s ridiculous and that’s for any team that like the bengals going run heavy on the playoffs knowing their strengths aren’t oline and rb but actually QB nd wr
