You sir are a charlatan I purchased a set of CWindy stones 400/100 and 3000/8000 they are nothing of the sort they are way way coarser than their printed numbers suggest. I have a 800 grit stone that puts a mirror like surface on my chisels yet even the so called cwindy 8000 leaves a rougher surface after going over that surface that's been done with a 800 grit while you may get a sharpish edge they most certainly are NOT the grades as advertised
