"You're Pretty Good" "Pretty... Good..." "Gotta say... you're pretty good" "This is good.... isn't it?"
Outer Heaven won't die with you , as long as there is a man carrying the name of big boss is alive , there will always be someone striving to create a nation for soldiers ...

I hope Raiden will become the new Big Boss and creates the New Outer Heaven.
It all still hurts till this day, this is a pain I know I'm never going to be able to get rid of... it even bleeds into our world and there is no denying it.
This one took me a little longer than expected, struggled a bit to make the first half more interesting seeing as the song is pretty slow paced. Anyways, hope you enjoy!

This was pretty good. But how did you manage to isolate the sound of the dialogue from the soundtrack? At least in MGSV.

tvdl sweet thx for uploading this vidéos keep the great work 😃
The greatness of this video is that you ruined the third wall as Kojima did in the games. The dialogues you choose are addressed to us as well when we understand that the series is over and Snake is free from the fiction of the narrator as well as we are from the anticipation of what will happen. I will never be tired of watching this.

@Poisonous SnakeVR it's a reference to the last words of Big Boss
This is a masterpiece. The amount of emotional depth in the words you have chosen for this video and the tranquil music. Truly, MGS is a bliss to have experienced and a phantom pain to carry. An endless conflict that we will never find solitude in, but we wouldn't have it any other way. Like Venom, we are all spending the life we have left; Fighting. Fighting for an end to the pain from seeing the franchise falling apart, but we can't simply give up. The only man free from this... Is Solid Snake. He is no longer a seed of war, unlike us, the players. We carry the name of Big Boss. And the one who inherits the title of Big Boss, will face series of endless conflict, until the day we die.

God i love watching this so much. Twice a week at the very least. It leaves me in awe, thinking about Snake and his life, the immeasurable amount of suffering he endured at the hands of the system, perpetuating itself until the perfect circumstances occur of death and destruction and hostility, that would require him to fight again in the name of "liberty" only for his inevitable victory to ultimately already be determined, over and over again for his whole life. The irony of his inevitable victory at the end, to the surprise of the system, the very system basically routing for him to succeed, leads to its demise, and thus, Snake's freedom in his final moments, a passing truly of his own will, free from a predetermined outcome. He never gave up or backed down, he's the embodiment of will. More importantly, he remained forever stoic, always present in the moment, never succumbing to despair when those around him fail to fully realize, they are not dead yet, and until they are, there is ALWAYS another moment to fight for what's right, for the now, and the tomorrow.

MGS and Interstellar? I feel like this was made specifically for me. Amazing tribute. Very well done.
The voice acting for kaz deserves an Oscar Mann he’s too good
no other videogame, or movie, or book will be able to achieve the perfection and depth of this saga. thx master kojima for gave us this immortal timeless masterpiece.

Growing up with Metal gear, spend my life with Metal Gear, think. And now, it's all over. It will be a game of the past. End of an Era as Sneaking' say, that's pretty accurate...

Especially causes he's talking directly to the player, and he'e referencing himself being trapped in a video game. Its wild
That ending......made me cry.
I really enjoyed the slow pace of this one. Great shots, lots of deeper meaning in the scenes you picked (especially enjoyed Solid Snake breaking the "shackles of fate" in the form of the handcuffs), and the Interstellar music is great and fits better than I could've imagined.
Why in the F I did not find this 4 years earlier?!?! AMAZING. JUST PURE AMAZING
Perfect. Nothing more to say. Just perfect.
Thank you for all the years of my youth

Amazing video mate. Not easy to edit a video where there's pretty much none existent music in the beginning so it's all up to you to construct something to keep the video flowing. Excellent man.

What a Beautiful Video Great Work 👍🏻
i just realized that the whole saga begins with solid snake being given the mission to kill big boss, and ends with both of them shaking hands
Awesome choice with the Interstellar music, great edit too 👍🏽
Amazing... Simply amazing. Thanks for the feels trip mate.
This was astonishing. Masterful tribute, sir!
God, the goosebumps are real. The music made it even better. You pass with flying colors, my friend.
This popped up on my recommended. I needed it.
Amazing video, I was expecting Big Boss to say at the end when the Mgs words were going up, I though he would've said "this is good, isn't it?"

Why does everyone complain about Big Boss not being voiced by David Hayter in MGS4 when he wasn't voiced by him in MGS4 either?
I don’t have a quote to put o remember this series, I miss metal gear, I miss Kojima, KOJIMA IS GOD!
This is beautiful man.
Perfect. Epic.
A "demon" trailer would be awesome for Metal Gear. Shows off the horrors of good intending people, misinformation, and war on the world and onto themselves. I see you'll find great content in MGS3, 1, and 5 respectively.
best tribute in the hole wourld ❤
nice work love this channel
wonderful, amazing, epic, excelent, perfect, awesome. Thank you for this such a video that goes rigth to the heart, excelent combination of sad music, and dialogues, with my heart on my hand I say really thank you!
And that, that is why I love metal gear. I actually shed some tears during this trailer, well done
Awesome work buddy ! Fantastic, love the change of style added.
I love the soundtrack you chose for this video! Mad Respect
In all my years on KZread, this is one of the first times I've ever commented. The lines starting at 3:32 mixed with "Where We're Going" from the Interstellar soundtrack was incredibly powerful. Thank you for this trailer; you've cured my writers block.

amazing work man.
not the ending i wanted but the ending i needed
In a way it's poetic that we won't get a new Metal Gear game (maybe except for remakes). If Metal was still going today it could end up like Call of Duty with more crap than quality. Metal Gear was always a strange franchise to me. I do intend to play all of the MGS games as it's a saga I want to experience for myself. Thank you Kojima and good luck with all of your future projects
Its not over yet! Remake is coming!
this is to epic a very good video and tribute this almost tells the story of a father and son and about what they both struggled through and how they both came to forgive and respect each other before there cycle ended completely.
awesome work man love that clip so profesional as if kojima himself made it thank you man You Are Pretty Good!

At the very end you should've just added a little "Kept you waiting, huh?"
This is really epic, the best ever seen from a fan made tribute of MGS. But the music was slightly higher than the talking in the end which disturbed the experience. Still, wonderful video and I'll share it with friends!

Of all the music for a tribute to my favorite series, the opening music is the same opening music as my favorite movie too ^_^ interstellar ftw xD
I think big boss is the true hero in the game. Solid'a been played by the government until his very last mission. Raiden, undoubtedly. Solidus is a true big boss clone that didn't get fooled by the government but still he got defeated by them. Liquid was fooled by the government. Big Boss got fooled by the government and killed his mentor, he knew that she knew and hated it. He fought the government "a bloody battle" and won. At the end, he took zero's life and died a free victorious man. True hero. "the world is better off without snakes" -Big Boss
