Idk, when you look into it PETA has an Insanely high kill rate for their animals. They don't actually love pets, they just don't believe humans should own animals of any kind and they would rather kill then than let them be owned. Listen, I have been hunting with my father, my grandfather and my uncles from 6 years of age and I am 50 now. Very few diehard hunters call hunting a “sport”, it’s not a sport IT IS A WAY OF LIFE OR A LIFESTYLE that someone chooses to live. Most people prefer grocery stores and supermarkets to buy their food. Most people are oblivious to what goes on before their package of meat gets to the supermarket shelf with a price tag on it. Hunters and Fishermen and gatherers prefer to forage for their own food which is 1000% Organic and Free Range. Most of the meats at supermarkets are GARBAGE. Don’t criticize people for preferring to get their meat the old-fashioned way. If most people prefer to be dependent on supermarkets that’s their choice but if anything ever happens like a world war those people will starve to death first. Hunters, Fishermen and gatherers will NEVER starve because they have established the skills of chasing for their food. Every person is entitled to eat what they want and they are equally entitled to get their food whatever way that they want. It’s really that simple. As for recording the kill that’s also a choice for creating memories with good friends and family, there is nothing wrong with that. With KZread and TicToc there are far worse videos being posted about the dumbest of dumbest sh*t because the millennials and their Facebook and twitters and Snapchat and Instagram enjoy making videos about everything and making everything Insta-Famous.

I think you’ve missed the point of the criticism entirely. I am very aware of how grocery stores and slaughter houses obtain dead animals. I will continue to criticize anyone who murders animals or eats the flesh and organs and bodily fluids , whether from hunting yourself or purchasing from a grocery store. It is ethically and morally reprehensible either way. Humans do not need to eat animal products to survive or thrive. Most people are just too lazy or uneducated to learn the 80,000 edible plants on earth , or they are just so addicted to the bloodlust of hunting down a vulnerable creature that they don’t want to change their habits. Doesn’t matter if it’s a sport or a lifestyle, both excuses fail to justify the act of killing itself.

Moose are abundant here. They are an important part of our food supply. That moose fed multiple families. The license to harvest that moose was issued by the government who pays biologists to monitor and study populations to ensure sustainability.
