Except Cedar Ln isn't walker friendly with no sidewalks and the cars going over 40 miles per hour .

The Knoxville economy is booming. There are Help Wanted ads everywhere.
How about North Knoxville and and Downtown?
Fountian City Pond is a beautiful place but you cant walk around it for all the duck and goose shit

I lived in Montgomery AL for 29 years and Knoxville for 37 years. Trust me, Knoxville is light years prettier.
