What about crime and burglary in fredericksburg? I heard it is rated an F. Is it really that bad? Can you tell me which areas are decent? Thanks

So, there are multiple sites that give different ratings. For instance, Niche.com gives the city of Fredericksburg a C on it's crime rating. If you look at www.bestplaces.net/crime/zip-code/virginia/fredericksburg/22401 you will see their statistics that show the city has higher than average stats for violent and property crime.
