Hi just found your vid might be moving there in a few months wondering if you can tell me if there is a section of town that has Modern or ultra modern homes for RENT ? We want to rent for one year to get here lay of the land and to wait on the interest r rates to come back down before buying.

Hello. I used to live in Colorado Springs from 97 to 2004. There is a chance I might be moving back. I realize this is an old video, however, what apartment areas do you suggest middle age person to live. Not too far from Veterans Administration but not in the downtown area?

Welcome back! I don’t do a lot of Rental business so I might not be the best resource there but I do know there are a ton of new housing complexes being built especially East of Academy.
