Great video. I might send this to a friend of mine who is interested in trying the game. Personally, I kinda wish there were a few more guidance markers like the beginning of the game, like guiding you to the oak tree lab. Not to the point of railroading, but just a gentle push in the next direction.

Thank you so much! Hopefully your friend will find this one helpful. This is true. I know the Oak Tree is the biggest thing in the backyard....but if a lot of players are anything like my...I spend 99% of my time looking down at the ground 😂😂👍

Glad it helped 👍 I know looking at the game from a new player's view it can be overwhelming on where to go next. I felt like this idea was being ignored by long time players/creators.

It is a bit jumpy but it was all done using my mouse and keyboard to do the "Fly-byes". Tried to keep it as smooth as possible. Thank You 👍👍

Really great idea for beginners guide. Because I started an old save I have the M mallet and the B mother club I just need to get the Globs from BURGL to level up and I can do those Quests again. Stay Grounded 🐜

Thanks Phil. Saving for the Smithing Station? You will be happy with it once it is purchased and you can upgrade all your items to Level 5 (Make sure you get lots of Quartzite)

I took a break from Grounded but will come back at next update or a future one. Wanted to wait until they added enough where I wouldn’t have to keep starting over each update. When I return; a video like this will prove priceless.

As of right now it is still pretty much the same. Once 1.0 releases it will change as new labs and locations will be added. Yet pretty much the beginning areas will still be in the same order. -Oak Tree -Hedge -Pond -Haze

My issue is idk what and where i need to go first to get armor and gear that will allow me to go to another area and be fine and not get one shotted its just random stumbling until i get something

That is definitely the hard part is getting your gear to move into the next area. Everyone has their own way of doing the game. Ladybug armor is a good choice for late early armor to get as well as the insect hammer and axe. With the hammer you will be able to break milk molars and get upgrades to your character and break the tier 2 rocks.

Honest question for everyone what do you think the next area will be?

I want to say inside the shed would be a logical next step in an expansion. Or even the house porch (both on top and underneath)

It's a progression guide for players not sure "Where to Go Next" in the storyline of the game. Where do You suggest a new player should go to? Would love to hear your thoughts on this.

There seems to be a lot of players moving into the sandbox. I am waiting to see what they do in the next couple of updates before building there. Usually they do some adjustments to new zones with the following updates.
