another good idea is to buy large job lots on ebay and such, you find a lot of painted models and bits that you can just strip with isopropyl alcohol and put in your bits box

The best thing any modeler can do is get a 3D printer. Great ones are now dirt cheap, cheap to run and can print as much of as you want :) can even design your own stuff.

Good luck using the UK sites now post Brexit.. even to us next door, in Ireland, shipping from UK takes forever. Plus prices have gone way up. I'd recommend opting for European countries:)

Do you ever use “proxy” bits from sites like Kromlech? All of the sites that I’ve looked at have been out of the bit(s) that I want and Kromlech has a proxy. Do you think it would be better to wait for the bit sites or should I buy the proxy?

Are these also good for AoS stuff or do you have any other recommendations?

Your video frustrates me. I tried a UK bits site once, like 7 weeks ago and didn't get anything.I don't blame them but rather the EU/Brexit Chaos. It wasn't a huge order but kind of lame (Twin Auto Cannon and Assault Gatling from Dreadnaughts/War-Suit ). I might give it another try sometime but meh, first try and then a sour taste in my mouth because of it.

I just tried to load Rivos and it looks like the site went down.

bitzbox never sent me my orders that i payed for, i got my money back like 8 months later lmao.. also they never EVER have Khorne head in stock wich sucks

My chief gripe is that, inexplicably, no one carries Skaven bits. I'm not trying to buy a 60USD box of 50 models just for like 10 heads, man...

This is probably the single reason my Skaven army is always a work in progress. Until they get a real refresh from the old metal and fine cast models, they will always be hard to really kitbash
