Wow so I could have ended my own lease by choice! 😳 the apartments I used to live at was a DUMP Desert Star Apartments in North Phoenix on Bell Rd they never wanted to fix the Mold that was in the Shower area & front Window and I waited MONTHS for them to just come by an use white spray paint!.. But wow after 5 days oh next time I most definitely reaching out for some advice!
Renters have virtually no rights in Arizona. It’s sick.
What if my apartment doesn't fix the electrical outlets, washer/dryer and etc not to mention my water is shut off several times a months without notice?? I'm getting messed over. What should I do???
Plus, generalize everything to everybody including attorney, landlords, politicians, parents, everybody in America 🇺🇸
Jeez. Hopefully there won't be an increase in the homeless population what with this type of issue.
