อร่อยไหมครับร้านนี้? ถ้าอร่อยจะลองไปกิน 😊😋🥲🍜 ร้านอ่านชื่อว่า กิมโป หรือ กิมโป๊ เป็นคำจีนกลาง ภาษาจีนแต้จิว เรียกว่า หื่อเผียะ ( ตัวอักษรจีนเดียวกัน แต่อ่านคนล่ะสำเนียงเสียง ) คือถุงลมปลา หรือเรียกว่ากระเพาะปลา ส่วนมากใช้ปลาทะเลน้ำลึก
