As residents of Puerto Vallarta, our favorite is Kosta Taco on Brasillia across from the Sheraton Resort. You can buy Creamy Shrimp with bellpeppers and onions (Crepa Crema) for 79 Pesos. Not only is their food delicious, their servive is great!

@@MrWeliz Yes! And also just before you get there on Brasilia, there is a small cafe named Tosta which serves delicious tostados. Both places are favorites of the locals. Good food is important but, also cleanliness!

BTW- The Creamy Shrimp with bell peppers and onions at Kosta Taco .is now 3 for 99 pesos!

@@MrWeliz Their sign says Tosta. It is a small restaurant that has gigantic tostados for around 100 pesos. One tostado cut in half feeds two people! You will find it across the street from the covered basketball court on Brasilia. Enjoy!

The tacos dorados de birreria looks great and will have to try them out. Tacos Mar y Tierra moved. They were by the HSBC and were my favorite. I will find them.

My wife and I ate at Pepe's this evening! Outstanding! The steak tacos were as good or even better than the pastor tacos IMHO. The street vendor churros two blocks away were super yummy too. Thanks for the helpful vids. Bill from Kentucky

Great video! We were there Thanksgiving week 2022. We absolutely LOVED Pepe's tacos. Sadly, we did not visit to the extent you did. That said, our dining experience far outweighed anything we have tasted here in the U.S.

Been living in PV for over a year and can't go wrong with Taco El Pastor

Tacos Sonorita is my favorite so far… I haven’t tried any street tacos yet, but Sonorita is my favorite so far. Decent prices for the amount of food, and the drinks are arguably the best I’ve had in PVR. Get a pepino margarita to go, and drink it on the beach as you watch the sunset. Perfect night on a budget. Thank me later. 💞

For one thank you there use to be a good taco stand across from the Orange bus rest stop but he is gone now we use too stop there on our 1st day to the resort. But we will try your places now. And this year when we arrive we will walk pass all the taxis to where they are dropping people off and catch a taxi there as this has been done to us

Panchos Takos was very good!! did not get sick.

Salsa is dangerous... I was at a market in CDMX as one does. I was checking out the wares and stuff. It was Mercado de Sonora. I noticed a taco seller near the perimeter who had French fry and cactus tacos. So I buy 3. And like all other tacos sellers he had a huge bowl of salsa where you serve yourself. There were two Mexican grandma's in front of me using the salsa, I watched them first. They used the tiniest dribble. I figured grandma cannot handle heat so I should use whole spoonful. This was a mistake. Within seconds of my first bite I was involuntarily on my knees as if praying for my sins. The taco seller literally points and laughed at me. The other patrons start laughing too. "Mas pika gringo?" One person shouts out over the cacophony of laughter. Meanwhile I'm uncontrollably crying and snotting. Eventually I got on to a plastic stool and look at the plate of taco covered still in that bright orange salsa. I finished them all and ordered two more plus a coke. At the end I looked back to the taco seller and say mucho delicioso . He smiled so wide.

Just my opinion, I just came back from PV and stayed at the buenaventura which is about 2 minutes away from Pepe's on foot.... frankly, the tacos were pretty ordinary, nothing to write home about.. I think the best tacos I had were on the other side of mexico in Cancun, technically on the Isla Mujeres...I couldn't believe how juicy the pork tacos were. I'd go back just for that..

One of my favourite tacos is Pork head tacos, do you know if there are places in Puerto Vallarta that have them?

Any videos on where do get some good cocktails in Puerto Vallarta. ?

In PV I would definitely choose an Airbnb or a boutique hotel (many are luxury if that's what you're looking for). There's so much to see, do & eat in PV and you really miss out on that at all inclusives in the area. I've stayed at a few and they're great, but in this part of Mexico I think it's better to be mixed in with the city

Aly, are there specific options for VEGETARIAN tacos? There are so many ingredients that they must have delicious vegetarian options of foods and tacos. Can you also suggest an itinerary for older people or those who don't want to be in big noisy Vallarta crowds?

Yes, you'll find a lot of 'nopales' tacos, which is cactus. They're very good! PV has lots of vegetarian restaurants

There was a vegi taco stall in Farmer’s market in Zona Romantica on Saturday. Really good. Simulated el pastor made out of Jackfruit 😊super delicious 🤤

Yesss panchos tacos the best we ask out taxi driver where we can find the best and he recommended panchos they just melted on our melts

This might be a dumb question… but my wife and I will be stopping in puerto Vallarta on a cruise next month. Do we need to have pesos to pay for the tacos, or do they accept US dollars?

If you go to the larger taco places like Pepe's or Pancho's I believe they accept USD. But the smaller taco stands might only accept pesos. There are banks everywhere with ATMs if you need to grab a few pesos. Don't pay more than 34 pesos for the ATM fee tho!

@@alysmalls Many PV Banks charge a $29. USD Fee for withdrawing any amount using a USA Debit Card.! Be careful!

Do most restaurants in zona romantica do take out? How do you ask for take out in Spanish?

Yes most do, just say 'to go' or 'takeway' and they understand (not sure what the common way to ask is in Spanish)

Taqueria El Sabor Jarocho is my favorite place to eat. Al pastor is soooo gooooood and cheap. I think Pancho's is overrated. Like you said, long wait and food was eh.

Panchos tacos have a location also in Valle dorado and way overrated... Tacos Tony in Valle dorado in nuevo vallarta way better.. you should make a video on that street entering valle dorado, is full of food at night. shrimp burgers, tlacoyos, chalupas, sopes, antojitos mexicanos everything is good on that street

Tacos looked delicious but I can't get enough of those eyes

Love tacos vegas has some good spots. Be careful in Mexico if you go
