Comedians tend to have the lowest self-esteem/feel the most depressed than other people. So they feel the pressure to deliver and make people have a good time. If someone is leaving they might think they aren't doing that good of a job and it makes them lose focus since that's all they might worry about, even if everyone else in the room is laughing

This improvisation right on the spot is Russell's strength. He's freaking good at this.

His knowledge about the various cultures and all is just wow

Great when people can still laugh about different cultures without offended... If everyone lightened up about this stuff the world would be a better place
