You make zero sense. How can it be that we haven't improved if from the turn of the year to date, only City, Arsenal and Liverpool have collected more points than us? As an American I don’t understand why VAR is operated in this way. In most of our sports if refs are reviewing a call the entire audience is shown ALL angles of the replay, the same angles as the officials. There’s no way to really screw teams in this fashion considering all of the fans in attendance see the replay with their own eyes. Why does the Premier League not do this? It’s crazy to me this wasn’t implemented from the start. Are they so corrupt that this isn’t even an option for them to fix VAR?

The only problem with this is that 2 venues, namely Old Trafford and Anfield don't have screens in the ground and they aren't looking to add them. That needs to be sorted first before taking this move.

@@siyuanhuo7301 Those are historical grounds for sure. In the NBA and NFL the official always gets on a microphone to EXPLAIN the replay review, and the decision of the call. It’s not some goofy referee doing random sign language, and they aren’t just running to the monitor without any explanation to the audience. You could still have this replay system with verbal communication from the referee, even without the screens showing it live.

Charlie, the question you should ask is, why did Poch wait till 10 months in to revert to a system we all saw and liked in preseason? It is a bit ironic of course, but fans tend to be very reactionary. At least he's man enough to admit the fact that Poch has improved the squad and style of play. Could always be worse like Lewis whom let his pride and ego get the better of him. For next season the expectation is absolutely top 4, and hopefully a trophy! if the lads keep playing like this we will be in the mix next season. These players are young, and what some of the 'fans' said/chanted a couple of moths ago was embarrassing!

Hahaha, maybe more than half of the fans were Poch Out before January. Though I didn't choose side, at least I thought that maybe this club were finished under Poch. Fortunately, things finally change and the team is improved. I really enjoy this new Chelsea's journey since the takeover to this point.

Once the key players are back, the team started doing better. That's not on Poch.

Where Poche haters now? Wow. I agree that finally we see some progres in our gameplay and that shit talking about being patient is paying off, but it was a gamble. I am happy that this is going in good way, but what will you say if in next season we will have worse results? You will be one also saying Poche out as we need to compete next season for top 4. In the end what is important are results and if they are here we can believe the process, otherwise it's pointless. I hope everything will be okay and next season we will compete for top 4 spot and win Europa League/Conference League, but if not we once again have to think if coach, players or owners are the problems and it's completely normal as we all have high standards since Roman Abramovich era.

A minimum of 8 first team players every single game. With a brand new squad that had absolutely no cohesion before poch joined. A bulk of the team that had previously just finished 12th. This calendar year we're 4th in the table accumulating 5 points less than Liverpool, having played a game less. You're allowed to stay stupid, bro.
