I have several chronic illnesses, POTS included. I know all about the horrible ER visits, I won’t even go to an ER anymore because it’s totally pointless! I’ve been where you are but you are handling it with way more grace than I did. I love your positivity and I would love to hear how your health is in a few months! I don’t just watch your channel for the animals, I watch it because of you! You are such a sweet young woman ( I’m 49 so you’re very young to me 😇) with a beautiful and kind heart that would never hurt a soul. Sending healing energy your way. I started experiencing similar symptoms in October and turned in my Holter monitor in early November. I was doubled-vaxxed at the time and never got the COVID test because I wasn't experiencing any symptoms except the occasional palpitations and being able to feel my blood pressure spike to the 140s. I'm now boosted and the last time I felt my blood pressure spike was the first week of the December. I had to find ways to help with the anxiety because I started worrying about my health a lot and it just compounding the problem.

Wow, my heart goes out to you with everything you’ve been dealing with! ❤ What a scary thing to go through and not have any answers or help from the doctors. (Yup, the medical system leaves MUCH to be desired…) Your husband is so caring to honor the commitment of “for better or for worse, in sickness or in health.” What a wonderful guy for you to be married to. I admire your positivity and thanks for sharing all of this and listing your symptoms. I’m always open to learning about health-related things, especially if it’s info that can help someone else. I really appreciate that you stressed the importance of severe rest too. That’s something I’ve learned these past few years of dealing with chronic / adrenal fatigue. It makes such a difference in speeding up the healing process, otherwise pushing it too hard and too soon just causes another relapse. Anyways, I believe you WILL make a full and complete recovery, and I’m cheering you on with support and prayer! You can do this! 😊

I’ve been dealing with the exact same thing since I had covid in the beginning of September. I’ve noticed that any kind of stress or upset triggers bad chest pain. The pressure is there all the time but it gets really bad when I’m stressed. It’s super frustrating and I’m so over it as I’m sure you are. I’ve learned that this can start months after you’ve had the virus. Mine started while I had the virus and just never went away. Currently waiting for my heart monitor results. All other tests are normal. Blood pressure is through the roof and it really scares me. My pressure normally is low like yours. Hang in there!

Omgggggg thank you for being here. Yes this sounds very close to my issues, plus the heart palps. Sitting down to eat, a lot of talking and getting in the shower sets my heart off, idk why! I dont stress easy but my chest does hurt often and random and usually after activity. Like my fight or flight is off. I also had cvd in Jan so idk why now other than the “virus” guess i was given.

Hey there, I just found your channel, and I am so glad you are feeling better. I hope you make a full 100% recovery soon. I was recently diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, but for 3+ years I had no idea what was wrong with me. I have really weird attacks that mimic heart attack symptoms, and I have had so many ER trips where I got sent home with anxiety as the diagnosis. I got so sick of hearing that it was anxiety. I'm like I have had anxiety attacks, and this is not that. My GP did blood tests and found excessive amounts of adrenal hormones in my blood, and that led down a rabbit hole that ended up leading nowhere, but at least it ruled some things out. I was finally sent to a neurologist because I had visual disturbances during one of the attacks, and that's when they saw the brain damage from the MS. Sorry for the long comment, I just wanted to say I'm sorry you are going through all of this. It's miserable being told it's nothing when you know something is very wrong. The heart stuff is terrifying as well. I have since bought a stethoscope and learned how to ascultate my heart. I bought a pulse oximeter and blood pressure cuff so I can keep track of my vitals, and I also got a Bluetooth ekg which I would very much recommend it's called the kardia mobile 6L from a company called alivecor and it it super compact but does a 6 lead ekg and has advanced determinations which use ai to try to tell you if there is something wrong but then you can send your results to a cardiologist to be reviewed if you are not sure about something. It is amazing just for peace of mind. Again, sorry for the long-winded comment. I really hope you get better soon!!!

Glad you’re ok, and getting better. Health issues are so so scary. I do have a question though. To preface this I tried my hand at owning a herp and after a year he passed. So just last Sunday I rescued a formerly stray chocolate Labrador. His foster family searched for a month, no chip, ran ads, Facebook and nothing. Now my questions is there’s clear signs of abandonment and mistreatment. How do I correct excessive barking, how do I introduce him to others dogs (he’s shown a lot of aggression towards only one particular breed.) how do I help his obvious sensory overload meltdowns and how do I safely curb his excessive force during play time? He was clearly never taught this stuff and when we got him he was extremely thin with clear horrific scars. He’s honestly aside from that extremely well behaved, cuddly and an all around adorable derp. I’m just not sure my parents method they’re suggesting is the best thing for a dog with clear anxiety. As a human with anxiety I know for a fact my dad’s method of raising his voice does more harm than it does good.

As someone who has always had chronic health problems, I’m sorry about your struggles and understand how awful the medical system is. Unfortunately, many people struggle getting answers when things come up. I love how they can’t admit they don’t know, and so they just blame it on anxiety. 🙄 I really hope you recover soon if possible. It honestly sounds like POTS from Corona. Apparently, that can happen. You would think the medical community would keep track of that if a random person knows that. lol But yeah, I really hope things get better and that your animals are well. 💕

Oh my God, have been dealing with this same thing for over two years! Mine started with dizziness and chest pressure in November of 2019. Progressed to severe headaches, tingling all over my body, muscle tightness/spasms/weakness, ear ringing, sometimes my lips feel numb, terrible heart palpitations, shortness of breath, vision changes, hair loss, fatigue. I literally thought I was dying in 2020. STILL no diagnosis. I have seen neurologists, cardiologists, dermatologists, ophthalmologists, pulmonary specialists. I’ve been to the ER several times. I have had MRI’s of my head, spine, neck, CT scans, spirometry tests, blood tests, spinal tap, evoked potentials tests, echocardiogram, stress test, multiple ekg’s, TEE under general anesthesia. They’ve checked me for Multiple Sclerosis, Lupus, myasthenia gravis (sp??), diabetes. Every test has come back negative. I wore the heart monitor for about a week, but it gave me a bad rash so I couldn’t wear it anymore. I had to see so many different specialists because I was having so many symptoms. The first neurologist referred me to another and I had my most recent MRI in December. My insurance only covers them 6 months apart, so my neurologist explained the only thing we can do is “wait for something to show up” if something is going to show. I have all but given up hope. I try to naturally reduce possible inflammation within my bodywith turmeric supplements and omega 3 supplements (just in case it is inflammatory). The only difference is I do have high blood pressure and am on medication for it. A diuretic. This medicine caused my potassium to drop low, which definitely exacerbates the muscle soreness and spasms. One time it dropped so low, I felt sort of a cold rush all over my body and my heart rate shot up (your accelerated heart rate symptom reminded me of that). I am going to speak with my doctor about potential PVF syndrome. I’ve never tested positive for COVID, so not sure if that’s what started it or just a virus like the cold. Girl…that’s a lot. I’m so sorry. I don’t know of you want similar stories shared but I’ll go ahead in case you don’t mind. I kept have SVT and I could always get it to go away but one time I couldn’t get it to stop so my husband brought me to the hospital and my heart rate was at 260 and my bp was plummeting so they had to defibrillate me while I was awake and it was awful. Anywho, they then sent me home bc paddling me reset my heart to normal. One week later I was soaking my tortoises and it happened again and my husband had to bring me back. That time they kept me overnight and did a heart ablation and that has kept me pretty ok since besides some palpitations. I know it’s not near what you’re going through but I understand how scary it is. I’m so sorry honey. The one thing I’m blessed with is that where I live we have some of the best doctors in the world! Love and prayers ❤ glad you’re doing better ❤

POTS is related to MCAD. People with MCAD and POTS using DNRS by Annie Hopper to heal. Also, your symptoms sound like they could be from hiatal hernia. The Gupta Programme is working as well. Those are the top two best treatment for POTS and MCAD. POTS and MCAD can be brought on by any number of things, including trauma like say from a car accident or even mold.

The nausea sounds like a feature of what used to be called Hennoch Schonlein Purpura (minus the purpura). An allergic reaction to a virus that happens about two weeks after the virus passes. @@LorisHartland like you are learning, there are a lot of post-virus disorders & the science is still emerging. I’m really not sure why except that maybe too many people didn’t connect the dots? Luckily, we had a hematologist that was on the cutting edge of research and knew about the breakthrough in the early 20s that found out it wasn’t a blood disorder, but a type of allergic reaction. This gave us a treatment for any subsequent occurrences (some people have, but many do not).
