It’s ok I know a African country has that name and I love Africa from Indonesia :)

I certainly wouldn't recommend PNG as a tourist destination, that's for sure. Worked in Lae for 3 months and stayed in POM. Unbelievable violent crime is rampant, and even in towns like Rabaul, Kokopo and Alotau you're never really safe.

@@CHUNKYCHEEZ12233 PNG has the second highest crime index, only topped by Venezuela and above South Africa. Most of Australia is really safe, as are many countries.
