One small thing: I would really like episode numbers in Hermitcraft. KZread gets finnicky sometimes with what you've watched and what you haven't, and episode numbers would help keep track of that much better for me. Starting in season 6 might be weird but it would be a nice thing to see for season 7 when the time comes.

If episode 265 is recommended to me then I'm happy because I can chose to go back and watch earlier episodes but if i dont know its 265 and I watch I'm going to be confused without a clear direction of what to watch first so I get the inside jokes

Absolutely... I know you probably hear it often but also not enough. You encourage a great number of people. I am almost 50 and having real medical problems the last few years, for the first time in my life. I hurt all the time and I get down often. But looking at your optimism, your community and what you go through gives me encouragement and keeps me going sometimes. I hope you realize that not only are you an example to the younger generation, but some of your elders too.

I finally found out this January after a year and a half of health issues that I have fibromyalgia. On my bad days it was always so comforting to watch your videos because you are transparent about your bad days and show us that it is okay to take a day to feel better. Thank you Scar for your videos and your positivity!!!

"I'm always sitting down" I literally snorted from sudden laughter! I'm working on my health also, I sincerely hope you are feeling better... sometimes a new normal can creep back closer to your old normal when you don't dwell on it. I've found once I decide to just accept my health, then I am able to push myself in a healthy fashion and feel better.

Such an unendingly cheerful person. If there's a flaw with his personality, I haven't found it.

This is why I love the Hermits, they’re always just such a huge source of light and positivity, even when things are hard. Between this and Bdubs’ latest video, it’s just so reassuring. I’m passing my first year mark of my hereditary chronic disease diagnosis, and sometimes knowing what it could mean for my future is hard, but I know it could be so much worse and I am very lucky. The bad days are still annoying, but when they come, I’ll try to channel Scar’s positivity!

My immune system is officially compromised, though, so I'm being extra cautious about the quarantine rules here. Hope you're doing well too. I’m about to pass my three month mark for my diagnosis with a hereditary nerve disease- not life threatening, but definitely life affecting, and I just wanna say that you’ll be okay! Scar, I have a rare spinal cord disorder called Syringomyelia. I have a large cyst inside my spinal cord which causes me crazy symptoms and pain. I really do understand how frustrating and depressing illness can be. You are a tremendous inspiration to me and an amazing minecrafter. Do what makes you happy and fits within your schedule. I do hope we get to see Frankenscars mansion completed someday soon. All my best wishes for a healthy and happy 2020. 🥰❤🥰

After learning more about you from my wife who's been following you for a long time, I think you are hands down a great model for strong mentalities. I hope many people aspire to take on aspects of your conduct and ethics. With that said, if you can squeeze in more of your sweet music into the episodes, specifically to add onto funny moments or epic moments in game, I think that would be a huge delight. You probably have a keen idea of how big an impact music can make on big moments in movies and such, doing something similar would add a lot of flare and fun.

I've been dealing with medical issues of my own for over a year now (nothing nearly this bad but still hard for me to adjust to) and seeing scar handle it as well as he does really gives me motivation, thanks for that Scar.

It can definitely be discouraging when you have to adjusted a “new normal” or new lower level of functionality. This sent me into a long state of anger and sadness a little over a year ago when I no longer had the physical ability to participate in my favorite activities. Luckily I had my service dog by my side through all the hardship and was able to get away from that self pity (instead, channeling my anger and sadness into creative outlets like my writing. Thank you for sharing your uplifting message. We will be here whenever you are ready to come back❤️ Your health always comes first.

Jake Tozer Thats just life. All one can do is make the best out of what life gives them. I’m lucky to have a dog that doubles as my best friend and I know that when I’m in pain he will be by my side. The sad thing about degenerative diseases is that they worsen with time. I just try to live my life to the fullest because I know that what I can do now, I will likely not be able to do 5 years down the road. I will just keep posting pics of my dog to his Instagram and loving life to the best of my ability.

Jake Tozer most people would say that until they have to go through it and learn how to just get on with life. I went through a long period of depression and anger towards everyone but at some point I stepped back and realized that anger and sadness would get me nowhere and that I was just lucky to have the abilities that I do.

Proof that if he had a real saber, Scar would be a danger mostly to himself.

Hello, Mr. Scar. I just wanted to thank you for all you've done. I'm a teen and have suffered most of my life from severe anxiety, SPD (sensory processing disorder) and suicidal thoughts, as well as some muscular and balance issues that sometimes make it hard for me to be as active and functioning as I could be. Your upbeat and joyful videos always get me out of any self-harming situations I'm in, and your care and kindness has greatly changed my outlook on life. I know you've probably heard this a thousand times, but thank you so much for helping me through everything. If you're ever in TX, I hope to thank you in person. I recently started watching your Hermitcraft stuff (as in like two days ago) and you’ve already inspired me so much in terms of building ideas and to start terraforming more and what not. I’ve actually had a good start to the year after spending 2019 in a wheelchair I got a different medication and I can now walk a small amount which is so good, it comes with a whole lot of pain but hey you can’t have everything. I’m glad your keeping strong mentally that really is most of the battle when living with chronic illness, I know so many people say it but you truly are such an inspiration to so many people, those of us ill can see you and think I wanna handle being ill as well as he does. Those that are healthy can look at you and think he does so much good despite so many difficulty’s I wanna be as strong as him. Stay strong 💪 Scar your the best.

You inspire me so much scar. 2020 has been a rough start for me. I’ve lost my medical insurance under some unexpected circumstances and have been struggling to get my asthma medicine as well as struggling with depression (I was put on antidepressants, but again no insurance so they’re hard to get). I see the way you approach the issues you have with your health, and how positive you are throughout all of it. Please make sure you’re health is a priority over your videos, but I know you’re strong and nothing is going to stop you. Im looking forward to all of your coming videos.

2020's been looking up in many ways. Got my driver's license at 22, and re-started school after almost 5 years away. I'd finally found anxiety meds that did something a few months ago, which let me work and eventually got me to this point. "Atypical" depression still isn't gone, but I'm giving a different medication one last shot. I don't... expect it to work - for those few days every now and then that I feel normal, to happen more days than not... or even every day. That'd be the holy grail, and I don't honestly believe in it anymore. But, I have just enough hope to try, because there's no chance to find the grail if I don't. That hope doesn't come from nowhere. You, for example, are one more friendly face making me think I have a chance. I guess that sounds shallow or selfish to claim I don't have a chance. I'm physically and financially able, and I couldn't have more supportive people around me. Anyway, there's a lot of good things in my life, and you're most certainly one of them, Scar. You and your videos never fail to brighten my day. So, I can't say it enough, thank you.

Honestly Scar, I love every video you put out and I can't imagine you improving them. I can suggest something I'd love to see you do more of, and that's interact with the other hermits on hermitcraft. Obviously this generally happens naturally while you're playing, but I'd just love to see it more, you guys have such a fun little community of friends going and are honestly hilarious, so yeah, I'd love a little bit more of that.

Glad to hear you're feeling a little more in gear, and that you've been having fun with the legos. I personally would love lego streams. Part of what's amazing about your streams is just how jovial and goofy you tend to be, and you couldn't stop smiling at those legos. Keep on keeping on

I've gotta tell ya, I've been having debilitating mystery symptoms for about 5 years now since I was 18 years old and just as I was starting to get some answers in early 2019, I got hit with this horrible abdominal pain on my right side and it's been here for almost a full year now. I've had a million tests and the last one they wanna do is a colonoscopy but I just can't get through the prep and I see the doctor soon to try to figure out what to do next. Anyway, I just wanted to say that you have been an absolute inspiration over the past few years and especially the last year. My mindset is generally pretty negative and to see how you handle everything and talk about being productive and adjusting to your new normal and being grateful for what you DO have sort of just reminds me to try to not think so negatively sometimes. I know this stuff can sound corny but your videos have genuinely been very helpful on my worst days and I absolutely appreciate it man. I hope 2020 starts treating you better.

Thank you for never failing to make me, and many of us smile. Every time you enter super fast build mode and the upbeat dance music plays, i can never help but feel happy, aside from everything else in this crazy world. Thank you so much for gifing us with your presence as an incredibly strong person. I think my favorite Star Wars was Revenge Of The Sith. Seeing Darth Vader come to terms with his light and dark was amazing. And if you decide to start doing Lego videos, youve definately got a supporter here.
