tried eating more vegan foods, i still avoid drinking milk, eating eggs, pork and some meats but not as strict anymore
How are your GM symptoms?

its been good, no flare ups or pains. my breast have been a bit weird because the pores are filling up with some white stuff and sometimes i get these painful pimples but I'm not sure why because i haven't gone to the doctor yet, ill do an update once i go and see whats going on.

@@0ceansHeart ah! Yeh I think those are common symptoms for very mild gm. I hope your appt goes well.. question...How long did you breast feed your new baby?

@@kripan_n9268 i didnt breast feed my baby because i was afraid :( i could have because i did produce milk but i didn't want to risk it so i fed her goat formula
