Why is it difficult for an animal that enters the frog's mouth to escape again?

Great question! Many frogs are ambush predators, so they catch their prey off guard. The prey is quickly hit by the frog's tongue, rolled up, stuck to saliva, and then gets directly swallowed into the frogs stomach! Frogs generally don't give their prey time to realize they have been eaten. I hope that helps

Here is a reason why this channel is about wild frogs kzread.info/dash/bejne/hZ53u5hvoZrRgrw.html There are many other channels on KZread that discuss pet frogs. All the best.
