It's good that your flights are short, we traveled from Usa to Europe for 8.5 hours (direct flight) obviously + 3 hours before the flight and 1 or 2 in line of migrations when we arrived... approximately 13-14 hrs. Hi, you have to ask to your vet because He knows time to feed your dog and daily routine, but I have to say it is very simple! your Dog need to eat, then do poop and pee before your flight and then He doesn't eat or drink until you arrive to your destination. god luck
