I'm guessing you're young and that's why it seems more sensible to you. I would have said the same when I was young. But sometimes metaphors capture the complexity of life more accurately than scientific or precise language.

You cant justify good when there is no evil

"Evil comes from the lack of love" ...or having no source of love at a young age and when that person gets older, he/she don't even dare to seek it's existence as they fear love, as they don't understand it and because it is new to us , it's uncomfortable. But always remember that we are loved by God, it exists,he first love us, he is the source of love, so no matter how worst of evil you experienced/experiencing always remember that have the power to choose on loving or not.

Evil comes from every human heart. We are all born in sin and because of that we need saving from sin and hell. We break God's law daily by lying, stealing, lusting the just punishment is hell because God hates sin. God sent His Son the Lord Jesus Christ to die on the cross for sinners you broke His law and Jesus paid the fine because God is love and on the third day He rose from the dead defeating death. So God commands people everywhere to repent (turn from sin) and put their trust in Christ alone to be saved.

Evil comes from love, self love, meaning selfishness. Most of the time people do bad things for selfish reasons, to benefit themselves or just make them feel better about themselves. Than again there’s these instances when you see people doing bad stuff for no apparent reason it’s mind boggling to me. Jealousy, Envy, Greed, Hate and pride are all emotions all of us possess, it’s built into us since birth and it’s ok. No one is born evil and I honestly believe people almost always have a choice. As long as you have that stinging feeling in your stomach and chest when you know you deliberately sid something wrong you’re ok. Unfortunately I’ve met some “people” that lack any empathy, compassion, shame or even fear of a higher power. Some people really believe they’re amazing human beings, thinking the world did them wrong so they don’t see how much of a crappy person they are. You attract what you project and everyone can add a little something to make the world a better place in general.

I think on a subconcious level, we know the answer ... good and bad doesn't exist, there is only experiences that we learn from. if you have it all, everything you could ever desire, you would be content. but for how long? eventually, you would become restless, an inner yearning to know more, to see more. so, then it makes perfect sense that we have each decided to expand our souls by having a polarizing experience....we come to grow and we can play it all out on earth in our humanness we can develop. we cant do that in heaven. we have both good (god) and evil (devil) within us...light and dark. when something triggers a strong response within you, pay close attention, youre being shown a reflection or aspect of yourself. we have to acknowledge and love especially this part of ourselves that we do not wish to face out of shame.. don't mind me, its late and my mind wont shut off.

Many philosophers state that evil does not exist. However let's just go by definition and try to think about why "evil" exists. I see there being two ways of evil human action existing, Through nurture and nature. Nature: -Pretty straight forward, our minds can be wired to have empathy or not, be selfish or not, and etc. This is just about perspective. For example, Borned psychopaths: They never will do anything kind unless there is a thing that benefits them, we can see their perspective by considering empathy as a color. People who can see it can react to it and share their empathy with others, while the psychopath cannot see it thus does not feel empathy. Nurture: -Causes by outside contact like, bad parenting, tough school life, and etc. I also place ignorance here as well as not knowing right and wrong can cause evil in of itself. I can go on about this but i think you get the gist. I also want to say that everyone is placed into the gray area of spectrum of good. No one's absolute evil or good.

The Bible says this about Lucifer, the fallen angel, who is now Satan: "Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity (sin) was found in thee." ~(Ezekiel 28:15) We have a choice to overcome evil and sin, only by the grace of God. Jesus paid the sacrifice for all of us, to be freed from sin and death, and have eternal life very soon one day..

fearing is igonorence, it will lead in denying God, true message. (Jesus) Evil is the act of self indulgence. which is temptation to what we desire. ignoring what's around us is fear, to embrace it is love.

Evil, I see it as being a part of living beings that have reached a certain level of mental development/understanding when that and many other things can be comprehended. Trust me, evil is not a uniquely human trait.

I think evil is good and good is evil. Basically, something evil or good is up to our abstract thinking.

Plain & simple, evil is in itself a power struggle for those less willing to or, less inclined to believe in a collective goodness. Evil does not understand trust. Mob and gang bosses can be respected by the members of the gang but do not confuse this for love since it is FEAR which is at play here and it is fear which is the enabler for evil to evolve.

Evil is a word that represents a human morality or more closely a human delusion of morality. I think you could break down the acts people consider to be evil into two groups, calculated acts of evil and random acts of evil regardless of motifs. Each has a destabilizing effect and with that being said you could quantify them into categories of chaos. Then you can think of it more in terms of entropy and entropy is a good thing, without entropy their would be no life. It's always being said you cant have good without evil , light without dark, ect and that would seem to be true.

+Larry Routley i know, its beyond our understanding. when God says he is the ultimate creator he is not bound by what we see as "creation" meaning that there is the possibility of something's being created by the devil, for instance. what I mean is: God only knows what is good, for her mustn't know what is evil otherwise it would sort of contaminate him. Jesus, on the other hand had to become a man in order to defeat evil from "his own inside", that is, he didn't know what evil wss- such as God doesn't, but he came to know it due to having suffered/ payed for our own evil. the one that was instilled in us via sin, via the devil( who generated evil within himself)
