They release water out of Toho and it flows down the chain and creates current.
"Pro anglers" lmao far from it. You're not anglers just "pro alphabet "clothed dummies. Us Real anglers fish for fun cause we love it, not money, not sponsors, no livescope we just fish and are way more knowledgeable than you can comphrend
