I bought mine from Minster but did not know they did them in black. I always put it on the van back to front....yours would prevent that. 😊😊

We’ve had it now 2.5 years and it’s still good but faded somewhat

I agree our screen has been one of the best accessories we have bought. We have never had any condensation when using it and it is simple to put on and off. It makes the whole of the cab area much warmer. Take care Gill

Really useful vlog Heather - we had one delivered from the same company and should get to give it a try tomorrow night so fingers crossed it saves needing to dry down the front and side windows in the cab the following morning 😄 it was one of your earlier videos which got me onto these and they seem good value and well made - thank you - - David 👍

@@RickandHeather First night the Boss feels cold or we have condensation, I'll seal the deal. We've been lucky so far I think. Just watching your mods video now and I forgot about the overcab bit, ordered blocks and will do it shortly. Every bit of extra space is handy although we haven't struggled yet, looking at your awning as well. Poor old pensioner has to be careful with his pennies.... lol

We bought the same one. Really pleased with it so far. Nicely made 😊🧙‍♂️

Definitely helps, we didn’t use it last night (pub car park) soaking windows this morning 😳

We need to get some , not so easy with only one door but I think a couple of companies do a bespoke fit. We have a bit of Condensation now issue which didn’t get with our previous van with our silver screens. I have to use a window hoover. 😂😂😂. Good video Heather well done Helen and Martin

Good video Heather and good information 👍🏻 I’ve been using Taylormade Screens for a good few years and love them, apart from the no condensation and great insulation it saves me taking the dash cam and GoPro mounts of the windscreen 😊 Take care, Ernie

We are looking at getting one from Taylormade, main reason is we have the bike covers from them that are very good and you can buy online very easily. The minster covers look very good but they haven't made it easy to click and buy. How do you find the Taylormade cover, they seem a nice family company.

@@ChrisandHeathervanlife the Taylormade cover is excellent in my opinion and fits like a glove, I have the lower cover that covers the rest of the bonnet and grill from them as well but never used it as yet haha. They are a nice company to deal with and a very quick service.

We have a different make and blocks out even more light than yours! It doesn't cover the Scuttle to keep the crap out that can block the drains! It's brilliant never get any condensation in the van! I have seen a Video of our one in the snow with 3 people and a dog in it in -7c and NO condensation! :-)

I love our Screeen well explaind Heather you can always tell an Enigineer detail is key. Do you leave the gas heating on overnight?

Pretty good condensation killer. I have a question. Well a couple actually. Do you only use it when on a campsite and if it’s raining or frosty do you have to fold it up and put it away when it’s wet. If you do put it away wet do you have to take it back out and dry it off and air it when you get home. I’m only asking because I’m thinking about getting one. Thanks Heather. 👍🏻

We use all the time unless wildcamp in a dodgy area, if it’s wet we put in shower and dry on a line in garage when home

They do say that every dark screen cover has a silver lining. I wasn't sure if I believed it but now I've seen the proof! 👍

Ours is the Thetford, the newer vans have the Dometic. Yours will be the dual opening one.
