@@hamza_cali what ever exercises you do builds your body and muscle definition up! Keep doing your pushups pullups chin ups and think it ain't building your body up! .You can't tell me you do calisthenics and have zero muscle definition! Calisthenics is the definition of aesthetics my friend...
