It’s important to know that it is OK when the woman earns more and it’s humility to know that God can choose to bless a couple in this way. Also, the coin can change and God blesses a marriage through an overflow through the man. Wisdom is on the streets. We must be able to learn least the money becomes a curse to either partners!!!!

Ooh wow. so many take aways! thank you both for the insights. I would like to challenge (if I may) the statetement said by Dr. Atwiine at 41 min into the show saying that men shouldnt step away from the leaderdhip roles because then the woman will fill the vacuum. While I agree to the former, I disagree with the latter. Assuming a Christian marriage with no intention to divorce, its problematic and actually egoistic for a woman to take up leadership in a home just because a man hasn`t. In my opinion (and correct me if am wrong) the woman, seeing a deficit in leadership should nudge her husband gracefully to help him develop his leadership capacity because leadership is nurture not nature and also because a woman taking charge (lets call it invading as the doctor said) is definitely going to lead to fights in the short-term and exahustion in the long-run to the disadvantage of the woman first and later the family at large. Otherwise the video was packed with so many gems and truth bombs. I hope we all learn so that we can do better.

Thank Dr. Evas. Thank You the host. There is need to first understand the institute principles of marriage. These have direction on the order of conduct and reconciliation of matters regarding money. I agree with Dr. on staying in a traditional mindset yet living in an evolved era. Clearly positive take aways to learn from.

Men feel disempowered since they are primarily the bread winners but men need to adjust their perspective and embrace the new reality. Let them just offer support however small it might look. Some men just sit back and rant in their male groups that" omukazi yanema"
