The timing of “mad” goes to show how smart Billi is! She was aware Kendra was attempting to fix zoomzoom and right after Kendra tested it out, Billi knew it was still broken 😂

I'm guessing she likes Guppy being distracted by zoom zoom, and also seems to enjoy watching her play with it, which is why she wanted it fixed asap, like the iPad you give to a kid to get them to leave you alone. So maybe she was teaching Guppy zoom zoom so she can request it herself and leave Billi alone lol

It's like when your friends come over and they want to play with that toy that you haven't touched in years. Billie doesn't generally care much for Zoom Zoom, but Guppy sees it, and it's like a fun new toy for her.

Cats really seem to get bored of a toy once they've figured it out and played it out. I find when that happens, if I pack it completely away and then pull it out after a few months, they like it again. For a while anyway.

Speaking about toys, the Billi Plush Toy I'd ordered from Makeship arrived today. We'd had placed her in one of the cat condo boxes of our larger cat tree, and when one of our black shorthair boys, Lucky, jumped up there and saw her, he went full poof. Not just the tail, but his body fur as well. This caught us off guard, as usually it's his brother Jinx who's the scaredy cat of the two. We assured him that Her Madjesty had only come to live with us in plushie form, and took her off the cat tree for now.

This channel has it all: love, envy, drama, anger and threat of violence… - loving the dialogues and the authenticity of the actors. 😊

That zoom zoom looked quite spectacular after the worm was attached. I'm sure Billi would have appreciated it more if Guppy hadn't claimed it for herself!

We have one of those, too, and one of my cats stole the wand part. When we finally found it (under furniture, of course!), my husband super glued it into the hole so she couldn't take it anymore. Now she grabs and drags the whole thing around and doesn't let my other cats play with it!

There are actual adult humans who I wish were as transparent with their feelings as Billie. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

the audacity of mom to ask the madjesty to play while guppy is around...how dare she just fix the toy and not the situation XD

I think Billi may have wanted it fixed specifically so Guppy would be able to play with it and not bother Billi.

I think Billi is actually intimidated by Guppy. Guppy is all over her buttons, all over her toys, all over her food and she tries to protest because all the things that made her feel secure are no longer hers, no longer smell like her and have semi-aggressive cat all over it. She's hissing and all but it looks like Guppy is constantly challenging her. And when cat hierarchy is estabilished, the cat on the bottom wont even touch a thing until the other cat is finished.

OMG, I didn't see Guppy lurking in the corner until _just_ before she pounced! Rewinding, you can just barely see her ears peeking out in the background. Guppy is pretty cute, even if she is annoying Billi. 😀 I can't tell, but it really seems like at 00:03:50 that Billi is addressing _Guppy_ when she says "Zoom Zoom", whether to teach Guppy the name, or to complain to her. She looks right at Guppy when she pushes the button. Could it be that Billi wanted Mom to fix Zoom Zoom so Guppy would have something to keep her busy and out of Billi's hair? Like maybe "There, now you have Zoom Zoom, use it and leave the rest of my stuff alone," sort of vibe? I would be really curious to know what Billi's reaction was after Guppy accidentally hit not only two buttons, but hit two buttons and one of them was Billi's go-to "Mad" button! I know it was accidental, but if they're together long enough, I would truly not be surprised to see Guppy start trying the buttons. Bunni the dog's little brother Otter just picked up using the buttons from watching Bunni, so it wouldn't be the craziest thing. I'll be starting my own two on buttons when the next batch of the new kind comes out in June, and I am so excited. We've been working on using a simplified button language for months (one-way, obviously), and they're really responding to it. Tomorrow we start paw training! (Wish me luck, because 'me-too' little brother is gonna make it hard for more laid-back big brother, but we'll get there.)

Please teach guppy to speak. So Billi and Guppy can argue with words 😂

And Guppy has the audacity to come back and play with the just fixed ZoomZoom 😂

Zoom zoom is a fun toy! It’s something older cats can do w/o overexertion. Have you tried Billi with Butterfly ? One or 2 butterflies on wires with hovering motion - cats occasionally carry them off as treasure.

Billi wants to play "swat Guppi" now lol! My "shop cat" Elmer always gives the vehicles I repair a 100+ point inspection before customers are allowed to take them home.

"Mom have cool pjs." Really, those are some danged nifty sleepy pants! And so glad the broken could be made workable.

She makes me laugh so hard with that "mad"! We have a zoom zoom my cat loves, he's always asking me to turn it on (goes belly up, lying on the mesh circle lol.) For a bit there, zoom zoom didn't want to work, the stick kept getting stuck and making a weird sound, like someone was holding it back. I tried new batteries, etc, to no avail. Then, randomly, a few days later it was fine!

@@emeraldmaiden63 I know, right? Its like they have a sense of "If X then Y" like we do, but sometimes it just fails them, completely. For example, one of my cats knows how to open drawers with round handles. She just sat down one day, looked at the drawer, and cupped the handle with her paws and opened it. And yet, somehow, she still haven't been able to figure out why she can't lift a piece of carboard when she id standing on it. I honestly think that their little heads are wired for one kind of logic, but are completely unable to grasp even the basics of another.

I had a similar experience with my zoom zoom. First time using it and after a few minutes it started acting weird, making odd sounds, and twitching when it tried moving. I requested a replacement right away and the next day it seemed to be back to working fine... Idk, still getting it replaced.

@@The_Keeper when I was a kid, we had a kitty named Sylvester. My Dad was a dog guy and my mother didn't like animals. One day Silly pooped in mom's plant and he was banished to my and my sister's bedroom. Little son of a gun figured out how to turn the doorknob, pull the door inward and would hang out on the top of the stairs. If my sister (technically he was her cat) was late feeding him, he'd come down the stairs, go to where we kept his canned food, open that door, knock a can of food out of the cupboard and swat it all the way back to the bottom of the stairs.

3:39 this is hysterical because this is what I do when my cat plays with her zoom zoom. It's good to know a cat also wants to watch a cat play

I wondered how Billi never managed to break Zoom Zoom as my cat would’ve destroyed it 5 mins out the box. Lol! Is it sturdy. What’s the brand? She’s so delicate and considerate of her toys. I really love seeing her full fledge conversations in this new environment with other animals. She’s definitely found her voice. Thank you for giving her the gift of the English Gab. ♥️

While I applaud your MacGyvering skills with the zoom zoom, I think the only thing Billi wants to play is "Let's plot Guppy's demise". We can all see the quiet, simmering, burning rage in Billi's face when she sees Guppy touch her things (or her people), and we're all just waiting for her go all Vesuvius on the MAD button.

I believe the broken piece may be under left side of your sofa. Billi just can't reach it. Billi went in that direction TWICE in reference to the zoom zoom. I could be wrong lol.
