I am glad that this video didn't get pitched into the trash, it was really great! You and August going out on a nice ride and maybe grabbing some biscuits, but the wind and unfortunate rain cut it short. Wish it didn't because it'd have been nice to have watched more of you both ride. I've always enjoyed riding with family when able to, grab a bite or just take the back roads and see some nice scenery. Also, congrats to August - that Scout Rogue looks amazing! Perhaps when it finally gets to him, the potential of a new video with him on the Rogue and you on your Harley could be in the works? In any case, I enjoyed your video, thank you. Also, the part where you're busting his chops on your new shiny HD was hilarious! Been there before 🤣

Good to hear your nephew is moving up into a bigger bike. Very nice and "trusting" of you to let him ride your bike. Maybe you two will go on little trips together. Thanks for sharing a piece of your life!

The scout is a pretty sweet little bike. I rode one at the indian demo day and it was my favorite bike of theirs. Sadly the Sport chief and Superchief were huge let down. On the freeway it felt gutless and hard to countersteer. Was also very confused at how poor the front braking was. Dual disc radial calipers should stop hard right? But my single galfer rotor stopped harder. :/ But that Scout? I like it a lot. its a peppy snappy bike with some classic feel to it. It's nimble and peppy. Great Choice August! I hope they get it to you quick. Scout was the highlight of my demo day experience, for sure.

i got a Versys 1000 S at the moment. coming from an Indian FTR Carbon R. had to swap it out to take the misses on rides since she joined the club (not too happy about getting rid of the FTR though) i would love to have a scout rogue as a second bike.

I'd buy anything but a Harley Davidson, there are many much better bikes other than Harley Davidson for less money and much better value
