I wonder how that would work for online multiplayer games. Like CoD, WoW, GTA5, or Destiny. Like, do the actual people you fake-killed have to forgive you? And if so, does just one act of forgiveness cover every in-game killing, or do your "victims" have to forgive EVERY SINGLE death? I'm pretty sure, either way, the GTA5 modders who camp on servers and constantly blow up the entire map are going to create a massive hold-up at the pearly gates.
