For the other civilians watching, allow me to save you a Bing search to figure out the lingo used around 1:29. Terminal Leave is basically a final Paid-Time Off period right before you leave the military. Its usually made up of accumulated/unused leave you still have near the end of your term. "Yo ass is being stop lossed" is a non-optional extension of your military service contract. Usually they only do this when things get heated. Oh, and UCMJ is Uniform Code of Military Justice. Its the code of laws they are subject to. Military loves their acronyms.
