When you don't know what to cook!
Take everything you have in the refrigerator and cook lunch or dinner!
I have had:
onion 2 pieces
1 medium sized carrot
potatoes - by eye
leftover minced meat, about 400 grams.
remaining cabbage, about 150 grams.
vegetable oil - 4 tablespoons.
minced egg 1 piece
spices for minced meat
tomato paste or any tomato sauce or juice.
You need a cauldron or stewpan.
I cut the onion into half rings, fried until golden brown, added carrots cut into sticks, and fried until half cooked.
I added potatoes, poured water, brought to a boil, and put the minced meat into cutlets.
closed the lid, simmered for 40 minutes, sprinkled with herbs on top!
Ready!
tasty, quite fast and simple, without any hassle.
