My new car shocks are a bit crusty but no noise. I think I will change them before the mot.

I’d sell the BM, fix this Lounge up and use it for 2 years. As you won’t be making a lot out of it.

Did you not check under the passenger seat in the secret compartment? as thats where mine was hiding , you need to lift the bottom part of the seat towards you , it will slide up and there's a plastic box under the seat for storage lol Fiat always like to play games with the owners haha

Mot,s mate are opinion based unfortunately, been mot tester over 30yrs now what I fail something on someone else would advise or even just pass (prob cos they missed it) yes I know about the manual n the standards we all spose adhere too n we do but my opinion is different to someone else's, my interpretation of the manual can differ to urs n I get it shudnt be but it is all Opinion based, even when the ministry come n bring a car back that was just checked that day to check u done it correctly it will be different to ur result in the main not always but in the main, also the unscrupulous garages trying to make money off ppls ignorance which is less than it use to be is another problem.....u may have already done this I'm guessing so this is for ppl who haven't download the MOT manual from the govt website its free its wot us testers have to follow and to me its invaluable....and it really is free ...

I am pretty certain the MOT that was done on my truck, just before I brought it, was dodgy af. No garage I've ever used would've passed it. It's only a farm truck and will be scrapped when it runs out. Broken ARB links, very questionable welding, no brake warning light, leaking rear diff, exhaust not supported, tyres were split and very low on tread, Body to chassis mounting bolts missing and the list gets longer and longer. It'll be a blessing to everyone else on the road when I scrap it later in the year.
