When Will The Symptoms Go Away | CHRONIC FATIGUE SYNDROME

If you've been suffering with CFS for a while then you probably ask yourself this question thousands of times - when will the symptoms go away?
Want the truth?
Not any time soon.
Now I know that's not the answer you want to hear, but there is a concept you need to understand about how symptoms come and go throughout your recovery journey.
It can be super confusing trying to even keep track of all the symptoms you're feeling in your body so I've simplified it and broken symptoms down into just two categories: Primary Symptoms and Secondary Symptoms.
Primary Symptoms seem to linger and rarely go away, while Secondary Symptoms seem to be more periodical and noticeable when they do come.
It's frustrating when you're suffering from chronic fatigue and don't know when the symptoms will go away. You may feel like you're constantly battling this condition, with no end in sight.
If you learn to calm down the nervous system and rewire your immediate response to symptoms, eventually they will subside. Keep hope alive and don't give up if you're dealing with this condition - there is light at the end of the tunnel.
You can download a simple guide that breaks down these concepts here - www.cfsrecovery.co/when-will-...

Did you also had depression-like symptoms. If yes was it in the primary symptoms area or secondary area? And by the way your Video is a very professional presentation of 'cfs timeline'!! Keep up the good work.

Hey there, I definitely had depression like symptoms especially when I had adjustment periods. I feel like they were in both the primary and secondary area, at the end of the day it doesn’t really matter which area. Having to live with CFS definitely makes you feel depressed and when symptoms flare up it makes sense that people would get more depressed because there can be a lot of suffering during these periods

Oh I thought you said fatigue was a secondary symptom on another video and pain was a primary symptom. And the pain went away first b4 fatigue. Yet u have fatigue in blue as primary ? This is saying the opposite? My pain is getting better already but the fatigue is still a kicker.
