Im a single family renter and you are absolutely right! I WILL NEVER go back to an apartment!

The thing that got me was when @obedcalixteRE said “those people on the sidelines will always be on the sidelines” dam

Great advice, what type of real estate do you guys own? Also any opportunities in the commercial real estate space in florida. Seeing more vacant office spaces

I own 2 airbnbs in Jamaica, and 3 single family rentals in Mississippi. They’re the is plenty of commercial real estate just sitting, even in desirable areas. Their problem is people just so know what to replace it with.
