The average depth of the ocean is around 3,688 meters (12,100 feet) deep, with the deepest point of all being Challenger Deep at a depth of nearly 11,000 meters (36,000 feet). The height of the sky is debated. It is at the very least 12,000 meters (39,000 feet) above sea level, which is the height of the highest clouds. It is at the very most 100,000 meters (328,000 feet) above sea level. This height is known as the Kerman Line, and is “the point where outer space begins.”

I don't think this is microtonal. You could say the "ocean" chord (Adim7?) @ m.2 is microtonal - it certainly sounds justly tuned - but i think it's just in a weird root tuning, not microtonal. Could be wrong tho, my ear isn't great
