Yes, Summer is over here but Summer will start again all Winter as me and my little Hound will travel South again to erase Winter, and to chase the "endless Summer!"

Oh, I lost track of this compilation because I was thinking it was called "The End of Summer." I'm so happy I found it!

summer is just about to start - this mix does it though. Pretty good job, dude. The animation gives me an enormous amount of nostalgia. Goosebumps when thinking back to the times where we were just out, no fear, no sorrow, no worries in the world. You are all forever embraced in my memory that can't and won't forget

Just move to the deep south. It's hot here from late March until December. Our winter is about 2 months, and it is usually 45 - 60 degrees. We have 2 seasons. Summer and Sprinter.

@@1001suns Honestly though, I live in central Texas, and I remember 2 days last year, one in February and the other in March; the first day it was so cold school was cancelled and my house was absolutely freezing, like it was peculiarly cold. As for March, there was this one day that was rainy and relatively cold despite it being the end of Texas winter. Weird stuff.

Yes yes yes! Okay, so I just moved, and I'm taking the week off to unpack and get setup, I now have something to keep on repeat while I unpack! (truth be told, I've been playing your older uploads in the morning while I clean the new place and put things away!)

Not sure if this will make sense to anyone, but I really appreciate this mix (and lots of your mixes, @soulsearchanddestroy) because it has vibes but also actually has interesting musical chemistry! Not like most of the “youtubewave” mixes where it’s basically all “four chords over kick-snare, kick-snare, sidechain compressor” bs. Don’t get me wrong, I love me some synthwave, but these are next level. 💯/ 💯

Fuck! I don't want summer to be over!

I've always thought the juxtaposition of powerlines and nature was strangely beautiful, or neat in some way. Transformer hum out in the middle of some field, long stretches of lines through the woods. There's just something about it. Though now the amount of research I've done on the biological effects of power frequency fields, especially from high voltage lines, gives a different angle on it. The basic sense of it remains the same though.

I feel the same way about the cell towers on the mountains here in PA. They look very out of place, but they're beautiful in their way. Hypnotic to watch as they slowly blink red and white at night. Kind of reminds you that man and nature aren't to be too separate, but that a balance must be kept therein.

Loop is from Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou, which I highly recommend if you like anime. It's only 2 episodes because that's all it needs.
