Ozzy doesn't forget lyrics, from time to time he just can't read the teleprompter, that's all.

I saw Testament in concert and Chuck Billy sang, "I forgot the words!" during "Into the Pit", lowered the mic and I'm pretty sure he said, "So what" and smiled. I don't think a lot of people noticed as Chuck did a great job not panicking.

My dad was a frontman for a couple local bands back in the day, and he still maintains that pointing your mic at the audience is the best way to cover up for forgotten lyrics lol

The Senses one hit home for me. Whenever I forget or stumble over lyrics live I will resort to just making the sounds until I can pull it back together. Most people really aren't going to notice and if they do they will forget about it in moments as the music goes on.
