You should start hiring people sooner than you think and as soon as you can afford it.

I know this is an old video, but it's a gem! 1st person I hired is an accounting firm, as keeping books was just not happening with everything else, 2nd person is a very competent leader and hard worker, ex navy, I can't wait!

Yes. I am a maniac. Yes, I am burned out! Haha. But your info helps on both accounts. I actually automated part of the hiring process today, but I definitely need a personal assistant, production manager and sales/marketing person.

@@CEOEntrepreneur BTW. I talked to a bloke that works at a Toyota car manufacturing plant. He said they had tons of systems and that they document EVERYTHING! He used to work for Chrysler but LOVES Toyota now.
