That first video the cop is in the wrong, he got out of his car and approached the man and legally the man defended himself but stood his ground and then went to walk away and then the cop pulled his gun so the cop was illegally brandishing a firearm as the man turned to walk away, the cop should be prosecuted, the man was only trying to tell the man not to speed and run stop signs, but the cop had to be a tough guy and get out and he said "you want to do something about it" therefore it becomes self defense in the eyes of the law

You can’t challenge/provoke someone to fight who is walking away then pull your gun and act the innocent party. The cop doesn’t have the emotional control worthy of possessing a gun.
